Is the worst insurance company I've had. I had full coverage and there was an accident they said they were 100% responsible then turned around and changed their mind and have been giving me the runaround for over a month.

Very helpful, over the phone and in person. I provided all information and got all paper work started ahead of time while on my way. I appreciate their efficiency. Very pleased!

Stay away from this company. I was merely considering using my vehicle for Uber and I contacted connect to inquire about special coverage required if driving for Uber. Within a few days I received a letter threatening cancelation of my policy if I used my vehicle for any business purposes. They wanted me to write a notarized letter at my own cost stating I would not use the vehicle for any business purpose. If this letter was not received my policy would be canceled. This company's policies are unfair and unreasonable.
