The card was not being read by gas pump and the credit card was stuck. I continued to cancel the transaction. I requested help at least 7 to 8 times and no one came to help. After 15 minutes I finally was able to get my card out of the gas pump machine.

10:30pm 4/4/23 : Came in just for a lotto ticket and when I asked for one the dark older clerk with glasses sized me up for a full minute before going to the machine and slowly ringing me up. Whole time he's mumbling something and when I try to pay him he doesn't try to take it, like straight up will not even accept it...just stares at me like I'm an alien. At this point its been a few MINUTES for a QUICK PICK so I try to leave. Dude follows me to my car with a SCISSOR, THREATENS ME AND STABS MY WINDOW WITH IT!!! I get out and I he's flipping out and screaming at me till I go inside. Dude rings it up while screaming, and I leave. Honestly would have filed a police report if I wasn't late to work... First time I ever got rung up at knife point. ☹

Ronny, Maria, and others are so friendly, wonderful, and helpful. It is a clean and spacious (outside) in the parking area. The landscaping has a generous amount of green, and inside the store, it is cozy, organized, clean, and neat. The gender neutral restroom is very clean. You can buy lotto tickets here. There is a water and air pump outside. Note that there is no alcohol? However, they have a great variety on cigarettes, and there are a lot of other goodies, snacks, essentials, wants, and needs to choose from. Thank you, everyone, here for your amazing attitude, as well as helpful customer service. I really love your personality shining while you do the amazing work!

Large space, so easy to maneuver around, along with a handful of parking spaces. Location looks pretty new and clean with every gas pump in working condition.I stopped in yesterday to fill up gas and add air to my tires. Air and water for your vehicle are free with the purchase of gas. I gassed up then went inside to ask the staff to turn on the air. They did so without issue and the machine worked well. Didn't look around too much inside, but it was clean and well stocked with food, drinks etc.Getting in and out can be a bit difficult because there is always traffic getting on/off the freeway (a block away). But overall, just have to be a bit patient and it is fine. Prices are not the cheapest in Montebello, but it is LA area & you're paying for the convenience of the location. Overall, a good spot.

1500 S Paramount BL Montebello, CAThis gas station was terrible, The cashier Crystal was so rude. She has no people skills. I would never go back to this gas station again.

Do not go to this Chevron. Drive 300 ft to go to the other gas station. If you have to, do NOT use Pump #6.Poor MaintenanceNo Customer ServiceNo ManagementI was pumping 3.99$ Supreme grade gas, and I noticed it was leaking out of the pump and I notified the staff.The staff tried telling me that I was doing it wrong. When the staff pushed the pump in the gas hole and tried herself, it was still leaking out of the pump. I was told to use another pump. She didn't reimburse me for the gas and did not bother to put an 'Out of Order' sign until I finished filling up my car.I went inside to tell them to put the sign. And been staying here for 15 minutes to see if they actually put the sign and guess what?Nothing is done.
