Chase is a poverty bank in these areas, judging by the fact that on weekends most of their atms are down and in gross condition.

I once valued having both personal and business accounts with Chase until policy changes, including a monthly fee for business accounts, led me to switch my business banking elsewhere. Despite this, when attempting to set up a new business account with Chase at the Montebello branch, I encountered significant inefficiencies. The process was further hindered by a lack of urgency among staff, with individuals seemingly distracted by personal mobile device use. Unfortunately, I was turned away due to the assertion that it would take two hours to open the account before their closing time, reflecting a disregard for the needs of local small businesses. Consequently, I have chosen not to engage in any future business with Chase. Avoid banking here altogether; there are numerous banks that would welcome your business and money.

The bank is good but there're always beggars around to ask for money. It's quite annoying. You'll see them at the entrance everyday.

Poor customer service at this location. It's very disorganized, when you walk in to this location, the representatives don't acknowledge the customer. They don't have a way to sign-in so the representative has no clue who is first, second or third in line. I suppose it doesn't matter since when they finally get to you, they are incapable of helping you. The 3 representatives that I encountered were rude, disrespectful and dismissive.

Worst bank, and location. Hopefully, one day Chase keep the ATM's working properly. Management needs to attract the customers, no the other way around. ??????????

Feels unsafe. Today I went to withdraw money from the ATM and 3 people approached me soliciting money. It was just an unpleasant experience, because to get to my vehicle I had to go passed them.

If it could be a zero I would. I've being deposits my moms mortgage for more than 15 years I've never had an issue what's over. Until I went to montebello and Agustin Moreno help me.example check was written to frank but dad name is Francisco. Same person it's check was written to Jose but joe the name on the account. After he refuse i went to another chase bank and they accepted it. Austin is a piece of s*** I'm surprised he was the manager. Poor service
