I bought a Dryer 6 months ago works great no problems Now I purchased a Crosley Washer on Payments 3-1/2 weeks its making a screeching noise while washing I feel they should exchange it out but told me to call the Manufacture they said call Whirlpool they said call back Crosley No one will help me I feel this is bad service & plan to file a complaint to the FTC if i dont get an answer to fix this problem!

What can I say about the service, the man helping us in the store did his part. No complain there. My complaint is in the delivery. They should give the clients a time frame just like any other company does on more or less when to expect the delivery so you can plan accordingly. But no I'm here all day waiting for my delivery and not being able to go anywhere incase they show up. I'm really disappointed and the time wasted in waiting.

Our furniture was ready when we arrived. It took less than 15 minutes to have it brought over to our truck and having help to load it. Very friendly.
