Picked up my sofas and one of the parts was broken. Called warehouse asking for the Manager and was asked to leave a message no call back.

Still waiting for my delivery been 9 hours.I could have built my own kitchen table by now. Next time Jerome's Furniture.

Our furniture was ready when we arrived. It took less than 15 minutes to have it brought over to our truck and having help to load it. Very friendly.
