They don't care about your health.since the Dr Cohen lefth this place its on bad manengmente hands. You have push them to follow appointments whit the specialists, if you don't have a private insurance they don't care.

Dr Cabrera made me feel like he didn’t care about my son. He does everything super rushed, never prescribes medication and always said “it’s teething” when my son had a fever yet my son ended up being transported to E.R the next day for 3 days. So it wasn’t “teething” . . He doesn’t make you feel comfortable at all. Seemed annoyed when my baby cried as well. Fast service but not a good one.

First time visit for my physical. I've been a obgyn patient with Beverly Care at their other facility and delivered my kids at Beverly Hospital as well. And I wasn't let down by their high quality patient care once again. Dr. Linn was terrific! Knowledgeable, sensitive, and super informative. She pays attention and answers all your questions ,I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Little to no wait in the lobby. Anna the medical assistant and her colleague who was an extern ,carefully paid attention when drawing my blood . She was very good and zero pain. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.Beverly Care Family and Internal Medicine.

Missing one star because there was an issue with my referrals that wasn't handled till I went in there to talk to them, but to their credit I was disgruntled and acted like a j*** and they worked together to de-escalate and resolve my issue. I left some room for improvement cause I feel I should have just received a phone call. But honestly I was out of line and they remained professional, solved my problem, and I would absolutely recommend them to others looking for a dr

I just recently started taking my child here staff is good dr are too the only issue is they take forever even if you have a appt they take there sweet time. When the dr take about 5 min seeing the patient we sit for about 1 hr and 30 min ugh speed it up its very slow.

Worst service ever if I can give this place zero stars I will my daughter has the worst cough dr only saw her for 1 minute don't give no meds she also had a rash and recommended aloe vera ? I mean logically she needs medication if this has been on going

It was my first time here and I loved it ! The Doctor Fenny Linn was the sweetest person I ever met, and of course Maria they made it super easier and helped me thru the process. The front office girls they are very nice and kind, thank you all very much for your service !! Definitely my place to go. Just make sure you get the right directions so you can get there on time.

While I really wanted to like this place and have this be my forever place for physicals etc., this just isn't it. The nurses are extremely nice, but it seems like this place has trouble scheduling. Both times that I have been here, even arriving early, I've waited 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment. The first time they had me wait nearly an hour. I get that appointments get backed up, but they shouldn't be scheduling so much if they can't handle it. I'm writing this as i'm waiting for my second appointment and this will definitely be my last time here.

So I really hardly write reviews but this was very much needed to post. So I switched my health ins a few months ago and switched my doctors to Beverly care. I am SO GLAD I DID! They are they best! From the front desk reception, the nurses, the doctors everyone! I will get everyone's names and will update this review. The staff is amazing with appointments to referrals to returning your calls everything! I have seen Dr Linda Chon several times. She is an amazing doctor. She literally listens and remembers everything I tell her about what's going on. She truly cares about her patients. I am so happy I switched to Beverly care. I love them! Thank you!
