Walked in this Best Buy mid day on a Tuesday looking for a new Mac. Stood around for about 10-15 min looking for someone to help. Walked up to a young man and he stated "I'm off the clock"...ok fine, I get it whatever, walked up to a woman and asked for her assistance, she walked off, came back and said someone was coming, by this point we stood in the Apple section now for 20 min or so. We waited for someone to show up back there for another 10-15! Long story short 30+ min in this store and no help! I'm pretty sure if we were lighter complexion they would have all been eager to help. SMH

I always used to love Best Buy but that was when it was right next to a college town. And every kid that was in there was very smart and the text even smarter so the place was top-notch but now that I lived near just a normal city the technicians and they're OK nothing great matter fact I don't go to. I only go to Best Buy to buy things I don't get things repaired. They're too expensive they want hundred bucks just for service.

Three or more workers in blue shirts doing nothing or just chitchatting and nobody asked if we needed help. We walked out, rather go to Costco or target. Why are they so freaking lazy!?

Like most people nowadays, I live off my computer, so when I spelt juice on my keypad, it was a computer catastrophe! I took it to Best Buy geek squad , I was lucky to encounter Adrian, who told me the realistic probability of what I was facing, but they would give it their best. It was luck that they were able to back up my data because I'm a business owner, and I had multiple files on there . A few days later, I hadn't received my computer. It was still being worked on, but I decided that I need to buy a new one irregardless of this one or not. Gibran help me figure out a computer based on my needs, spent an extensive amount of time educating me -I'm old-school don't know a whole lot about IT. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain it in a way that made me understand what it was. I was purchasing unlike the last time I purchased from Best Buy. I went to pick up my computer today ,and Grace was there. I've had the pleasure of working with Grace on the phone, answering questions, she sends me email updates on the status of what's going on with the computer that is being repaired . Again , extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly. I just want to say thank you guys for saving my Files, getting me hooked up with a brand new computer, and doing it in such a manner that my sent me out the doors a happy customer.

This is the worst Best Buy to shop at the customer service here is pathetic. They're lazy and they have no sense of service. I will never step foot in this disaster of a location. Management needs to see what kind of team they have they need a new person at cashier. The girl working tonight has no business working in front they need to throw her back to stocking.

Hate this place. Lady making balloons goes ballistic on my daughter bc she touched the balloon. Seriously just make the balloons and relax. I saw a ton of open box items but all seems sketchy to buy. Wont be coming back to this place. All electronics are overpriced.

This location is a scam when it comes to open box items. They sold me an "Excellent" condition soundbar, but what i received was an item with missing parts, scratches and scrapes.
