We were taken care by Ashley in the Electronic dept. Awesome girl she knows her stuff. We needed to mirror in to a TV from an apple tablet but only one port in the tablet. She assisted us and got us an adapter plus HDMI to keep the tablet charged and connected without interruptions. Thank you Ashley and Best Buy for having knowledgeable employees!

There is Chinese service, and the product introduction is very detailed. It is recommended to have some small carts. You can get some small carts like supermarkets to transport goods. It is really tiring to hold the cart after buying the product.

Had an appointment at 5:20 for geek squad. I get there the employee did a diagnostic on my phone, and then proceeds to say that the screen wouldn’t be replaced until tomorrow. I drove far for them to tell me that they can’t do anything today. They are not worth your time. Stay away

I don’t get why they have QR code thing to scan at the phone department. You scan to be placed in the queue and then never check it. Just ignore you the whole time.
