really bad service no enough cashiers on bank to cover all people and 3 people r just watching and doing nothing even though they have a lot of customers

BofA is known for bad customer service .This location is the worst. The manager at this location is very unhelpful and mean.

I rarely write reviews. Would give it ZERO stars if I could. The customer service here is horrible. Worst than WalMart. People here always have a bad attitude and they really don’t feel like helping you. Instead they turn you away like they don’t even want to help. No one here even has a smile.
