When changing your oil or just fixing your car don't leave anything inside the car and stay with the car .my mom has a blazer 1998 they took her tire and changed the front and gave her a used one ..so be careful

Save yourself some time and don't come to this place. Took my car to do an alignment twice. The first time they told me that in order to do an alignment I was required to change my ball joints and control arms so I did. I took my car to my mechanic. Came back 3 weeks after and guess what? They told me the same thing... They gave me a quote for 500 dollars. My mechanic did it for me for 160 the first time. Obviously I said no. They wrote in my paper that I needed to change the ball joints and remove the camber/caster bolts for 95 each. I obviously told them that it was fine that I would bring it back another time. I took my vehicle to my mechanic and explained what they had told me and he said that I was a bunch of B.S. They obviously were trying to make a huge profit from me. Save yourself some time and don't bring your car for an alignment here!! I wish I could rate them a 0!!

Don't take your car here for any mechanical reasons they don't know anything about cars. Tires ok but not to work on other stuff on your car.

For tires, this is a great place. My rear tire broke at the sidewall from a pothole in the dog s*** streets around town. My tires are an uncommon size, but the saleswoman had them delivered in an hour and installed for a reasonable price. Lug key was returned and overall I had a good experience here. I am seeing reviews about cross threaded bolts, and will have to check next time something comes up. For now, I am camping happy.

I was on my way to the gym when my tire pressure sensor came on at the red light. As I waited for the green, I could see the air pressure descend and I knew I had a puncture. Luckily, I was at the corner where there was a gas station and was able to pull in and park before my tire went completely flat. After my tow was due to get me, I realized I was only going to have about half an hour before the local tire repair shops would be closing and had to choose one that was less than ten minutes away. So Avalon popped up. I called and they were cool with me bringing it it “as long as it was before 6:00pm.” Sometimes, they clean up and close earlier, if it is super slow, so call them before you drop by. I was able to get there before 5:45 and they were able to get new rubber on. Very nice and super professional. If I ever need them again, that is definitely where I’ll go!I’ve included a photo of the can opener/brake caliper that tore open my tire. Yikes!
