I called to ask about brakes for my car and the guy was rude and hung up on me because he doesn’t know how to answer a question and listen and multi task! Poor customer service!!!!!

Went to Auto Zone to buy new wipers for my jeep. The sales person Kevin was so helpful and HAPPY to asst, which is rare now days. He made my experience great which is not always the case for a woman walking into auto zone. I even ended up buying a few other things I needed. Thank you!

I went to return a core for a guarantee since I had to buy another battery because I didn't have the core...in a store in Compton I came to this store and the manager Alberto Valenzuela didn't know why these types of people work here...they just run to the customers...I think he didn't go to school...I think I'm doing fraud...when I call the store where I bought it and they tell me that they should change it otherwise I should go there with them, it's illogical if the I buy in San Francisco I have to go there.....
