I went in to Astro plumbing looking for a fitting 3/4 male to 1/2 female in pipe thread ( what ever metal) just not plastic and a younger slim blond white guy came from the offices to help , well he wasn't much help he ended bringing me a 3/4 to 3/4 garden hose adapter and completely useless to me ! I felt like he just wanted me to go away because I wasn't a big spender$$$.. As a guy just looking for a fitting Astro definitely didn't make me feel that my business was wanted.

Salesman Mario ordered a set of replacement handles for my Handylectric drain pipe cleaner. Yeah it's discontinued. Paid for them. After a month of calling and several conversations with Mario assuring me handles are on their way. 33 days later only to find out the manufacture doesn't have the handles that Mario Guaranteed he ordered. He stated the parts and they were delayed due to COVID-19 and they are in stock! Other Lame salesmen told me they were ordered also. Finally got the bad news Friday 9-25-20 for third salesman I spoke with.
