If you want poor quality service and are hoping to deal with a rude, disrespectful, gaping a**hole then this is the place for you! My wife had gone here for years before we got married. We jointly kept going-- more out of routine than anything. All the main points have been touched on in other posts. The wait time (with an appointment) is atrocious. The boss screams at his employees, treats everyone like crap, definitely feels like he's king of his little castle there. They don't tell you how much it will cost until they've done the work, you can't see your taxes until after you pay, it's all ridiculous. Last year after I pointed out NUMEROUS times on the phone and IN ALL CAPS AND BOLDED via email that the ONE THING they needed to pay attention to was that we had a baby, they still left it off our taxes and we had to amend our tax return. Which took FOREVER. This year when I said I wanted Raul to go over the taxes with me rather than just paying sight unseen, they all got huffy and pissy and said Raul would call me (he's almost never in the office), but that out of respect to the clients he doesn't call at night. He called me at nearly 9pm and when I didn't answer he left his cell number on my voicemail. When I called back the next day he was pissed off that I called his cell (that he gave me) and when I pointed out why I wanted him to go over the taxes with me (because they messed up last year) he turned into a grade-A a****** and said, "well, I'm busy now!" and literally HUNG UP ON ME. Not professional. Not respectful. For that reason we are never going back again and will be telling my extended family who have been coming here as well to never go back. There are so many alternatives out there that don't behave like that. On top of everything, after paid, after they took our money, THEY DIDN'T EVEN FILE OUR TAXES. I had to call them back and they assured me it was an "oversight" and that they'd make it right. Total s*** show. You're better off paying someone to kick you in the huevitos and throw your W-2s into a dumpster.

It is evident that the unprecedented pandemic has caused much frustration to all of us and the manner in which establishments such as this one - have had to perform. However, there is a manner in which clients should be able to communicate with business owners. My husband attempted to make contact with the owner - Mr. Armendariz- in hopes that he may assist us with an issue related to our 2020 taxes. The owner was rude (he sent me a rude text) and hung up on my husbands calls. His staff, however, was very cordial and attentive. The staff knows how to treat clients in a professional manner. It's a shame that the same cannot be stated for the owner. Needless to say, we will not be using their services any longer.

This tax consultant is by far the most unprofessional. His staff is not clear and does not follow through with what they say. We had to keep calling them for and update on our taxes and their famous line is let me look into I will call you back. 2 days go by and no one calls back. Again we have to call them. Then they would say oh I was going to call you right now. I have not received my taxes and need my forms and he doesn’t want to give me a copy. Never again will I go there or recommend his services to anyone. Poor service

Unprofessional irresponsible.The last people you want handling your tax information. I had to haggle them just so they can tell me that they never received my information when I have the confirmation number for the fax.This was 2months after I initially sent them over. I kept calling and they said they would look and call back I never received a single follow up call. Most unreliable tax service I have ever experienced.

The owner and CPA(s) are great, however, they have rude, unhelpful, callous, and indifferent office staff working at this establishment. They give bad information and don't know their own protocol for in-taking taxes/documents; it's really unfortunate.

Raul has done our taxes for 25 years!! He is nothing less than amazing. We have sent him hundreds of referrals with great confidence they will leave there happy!! We are business owners and do not take giving referrals lightly as they reflect us too!! It is with great confidence we refer Raul to everyone we know! Thank you to his entire staff for serving our tax needs for over 25 years and counting.

I will not be going back to this place. Last year they got my social security # wrong, my home address was also incorrect. The guy that prepared my taxes was trying to put down that we refinanced our house when we didn't. And to top it off when I got home and reviewed my paperwork I had another persons W2's attached to my file!!!! Very unprofessional. You have to wait like 4-5 hours with an appointment! And his prices are a ripoff. He charges you like $500! Save yourself a headache and avoid this place.
