I ordered some hardware from these guys and mistakenly put the shipping address in place of the billing address. Ok, my bad, but for every other business on the planet, this is an easy fix requiring just a call or email. But, this guy tells me, in an F-you-if-you-don't-like-it tone, that this is just a $30 order and not worth his time to correct the address so he'll only send it to the billing address. Really?!? Yup, and F-you-if-you-don't-like-it.He also failed to grasp that he was charging me an additional $30 (extortion fee) for shipping these few tiny bits of hardware. So... more like a $60 order.I just hope this guy's business withers away quickly.NEVER AGAIN
