Honest doesn't even come close. My car would not start and I couldn't figure out why. Turns out that the sensor for the key wasn't in the new key shell which is why it would not start. After the key and sensor were put back together, the car started. They could have charged me hundreds for nothing but it was so simple and quick. There is no where else I will go for any repair. Ever.

Horrible service. Came in for a broken belt waited for 20 minutes nobody ever acknowledging me until I spoke up, just to be told they "think" their too busy.

I really don't like to do this but I think is important to leave good and especially bad reviews where is necessary. I was highly recommended by a friend and looked up the reviews which prompted me to make the 45 minutes drive to this location. As soon as i got there no one acknowledged me until I walked into the garage. I was there because my check engine light had come up and explained this to the gentlemen with the James tag on his shirt, he made a disappointing face and told me he didn't have time for it and I asked him if he could just scan it which is a quick procedure he looked at me in annoyance and told me to take it to a Auto Zone. This is not customer service keep away from this place unless you like to be treated this way.

Guy by the name of, "sho" has stellar customer service and was very helpful my first time here. I recommended this spot to my husband but the guy that answers the phone didnt convince me to bring the vehicle there.I called in to ask about a "rough idle" estimate. First, if there was availability second, for a quote over the phone. He said, free if they do the service there and 50 per hour if they just provided the diagnostic. I asked well, how many hours would it be? He got defensive and said, "oh I don't know." He starts naming off everything, I said this vehicle does not have a timing belt only a chain. Still no estimate on how many hours,Honda of Alhambra will charge $196 for a diagnostic only for whatever length of service +fee waived if I do the service and pay cost.. I may even be able to get a reader to see if any error codes come back and the guy over the phone could not specify a target time?When he answered like that, to me it said a few things. (1) he would potentially overcharge for unbillable hours (2) his workers are unreliable (3) that they're too busy. oh well.
