Went to office to obtain a Handicap placard for upcoming surgery. Had to wait due to communication on DMV side. Jennifer was diligent and efficient and able to complete the process. While I was there waiting I observed that they were so busy. The manager stepped in and assisted many customers. Was very impressed with the way the wait times were addressed.

Walked in to take passport photos and ended up paying ~$9, half the price of what UPS would've charged me. It was a pleasant experience overall, the two women who helped me were very friendly and patient. I was in and out within like 20 minutes, even though it was moderately busy.

I read the bad reviews so I didn't have high hopes. But today was my first time stepping into AAA and needed to get help with an incomplete dmv registration. The woman helping me (wish I asked for her name) was so pleasant and helpful. It was super quick, and I left with my tags in hand in minutes. She even gave me a bottled water without asking, and travel maps for my upcoming road trip. Great experience! I don't write reviews often but thought I'd share so people are not deterred by negative reviews.

Lilliana Cunningham is an incompetent agent who did not file our registration as new members. The first call, while she was completing our file continuously told us she would call back. She called back and forth getting our information to where she was rushing. About 2 weeks later, she calls back only to tell us she got the incorrect VIN number on my vehicle. The incorrect information by this incompetent agent lead for us to get a supposed letter by an underwriter, that we never got. There was no email or phone for the underwriter to reach us (Lilliana's incompetence as we have proof of her calling us and emailing us). Be careful working with Lilliana Cunningham. And I very much hope the supervisor reads this and reaches out. Completely unacceptable and dissatisfiying customer service for a service we are paying for.

I went for 30 min membership and needed up for 3 hrs moving all my home and car insurance I sat there and was patient and got it down. I went in today 15 min after closing. No one would give me my tags. Quick to slam door in my face. Thanks to Susie at aaa in Montebello and the bleach blond woman after her

This is a great place, less crowd, plenty of parking. I prefer this place over the one in Alhambra. I want to specifically give 5 stars to the associate names Melissa T. She was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you.....

I was there on Monday noon . Usually I never have any issues. On this day I only had my D.L on me I had lost my membership card . I walk in and say I need to put a non op on mine and my husbands vehicle. Without asking the lady” assumes “ it’s not my car and says “we’ll your not going to be able to make any changes without him here” not even asking who’s vehicle it was . For the record all mine . I’m reg owner. I tell her I’m the owner then looks at me smug and says talk to dmv services . Older rude lady comes over and starts saying I can’t put a non op and when I ask to remove vehicle right away starts saying if you take it off it will affect your policy not even looking at the Comp seeing I have other cars . Long story the whole time she will not show me the paper of fees . She quickly slides it away and tears it up and gives me a print out with no vehicle or personal information . That day they both made me feel so uncomfortable as if I was not the car owner and they seemed so judgmental towards me . It used to be friendly . These 2 women's attitude are horrible they remind me of county DPSS workers . That’s how they talk and treat ppl . They really need some friendlier ppl in front. They make me not want to come back to this office . They just want to shuffle people off . Rude ! Waste of time . “Know it “all 0lder dmv lady is the worst . No help at all . Doesn’t even let you talk just assumes and wants to hurry up and get you out ! I’m over a 10year multi policy owner and this is the worst experience ever in all my time . Pls AAA more customer interaction training.

Wow. What a great office! 5 stars for everyone that assisted me. Great AND FRIENDLY customer service. Very rare to get that in 2023, kudos to the great team they have working there and their awesome services.

I went in expecting a long wait time to be helped- to my surprise they helped me out immediately. Walked in and walked out, speedy process. It was cool to see how they process applications for the International Driving Permit and it was just $20!! :)Just needed my AAA membership card, License, 2 passport pictures and the IDP form filled out completely.

Asking questions is annoying so don't do it, and if you're still not understanding the policies don't ask again, I didn't leave feeling help or offered any options. It was no no no no

went in today to get a card and was told to wait and someone will be with me momentarily. luckily, my parents went in to see vacation options and were helped right away but after going through different options and packages they finished and i was still waiting to get helped. i waited over 25 mins and i told them let's leave and i walked out and didn't get a card.
