Probably one of the worst experiences I've had ever putting gas. Out of the 8 pumps they have 3 were not working and one person was just parked in another working gas stall for 10 minutes without moving. I went inside to prepay for my gas and proceeded to pump my gas. While i was pumping gas inoticed that same person still in their car. I saw a man approach them and ask them if they were gonna move since all the pumps had lines, the occupant inside said something to the man and the man yelled explosives back at them to move if they weren't gonna pump gas. The guy yelled at the other drivers and told them that she was just waiting to pick someone up and that's why she parked there. He told her to move to another pump and she yelled at him that there was no shade there. And then my pump stopped pumping gas .06 cents before the full amount I payed for. I found that odd. I went inside and told the clerk that there were occupants yelling at each other because one of the Cars didn't want to move. He just shrugged his shoulders. I also told him the pump that was pumping my gas stopped pumping. He could care less. Avoid this gas station at all costs.

Suppose to be open 24 hours, but only for gas and tobacco during the time from 1:30am to 4am. These are the times i come to fill up, i want to get some snacks as well. But they close up to clean and the lobby isn’t accessible, how long does the window take to get dry? Because i never actually seen them clean at the times i come. I came within the range of time more than 6 times. They won’t get anything for you but tobacco. 711 by Beverly Hospital is always open and the night guy is a goor worker. Ill get gas at arco from now on.12/8/2023I have no problem with the newer cashiers, hell, the nightshift one with the longer hair is extremely polite to everyone, even to the homeless that most people ignore. He kind of reminds me of jax teller from soa, I digress. I do have issue with 7-11 reward points in regards to the gas. If you use cash for gas you spend x per gallon, but you cannot use 7-11 rewards for gas if you use cash. If you use a card, debit or credit for gas, it cost (x + 0.10)per gallon , you can only use your 7-11 reward points with card purchases which is (x + 0.10-0.11)per gallon with a saving of 0.01 per gallon. You will not be allowed to save 0.11per gallon. In my opinion, save your points for convenience store purchases and pay for gas in cash, there is an atm or you can get cash back with store purchase using a card. If you want to save money then go to the “one” gas station that gives a flat fee of 0.35 cents when purchasing with a card.

Don't go there unless you want to waste your time, I was there today and ALL the pumps were out of service, same thing last month, that was the reason I stopped going there, I decided I was going to give them a try and they disappointed me. I guess will keep going to costco

Watch out! Carefully count your change. they shortchange you & always claim they have no coins for change. Fraud on the part of 7-11 or employees.? Is this the fault of 7-11 as a company or thieving practice by individual employees? It happens too often here. Robbery at the 7-11 without a gun and from the other side of the counter this time. Count your change. They will say they have no coin.

The gentleman that is working here around 2:30pm today Saturday 1/7/23 I got to say he is very kind and helpful to everyone that came in. He greets you at the door. Offers different options to help you with the product. For example with the lottery tickets I bought I got to ask him what is playing today and he knew, he is knowledgeable and helpful that way. As well as when I bought a lighter he asked which one I wanted and let me pick one out. His extra kindness and service to help cater to what we want is really amazing I definitely want to come back to this particular 7 eleven if I need to grab some things on the go in this area. I also like that he gave me my reciept. He also said good luck when I purchased my lottery ticket which was pleasant as well. It's a very clean and organized store. Note: they do not sell alcohol. There is an atm inside, there are a good variety of snacks and beverages as well

There was a HORRENDOUS smell throughout the store, hard to describe but kind of similar to doo doo. It was so strong I swear it penetrated the coke bottle I bought. Hope it's not alway like this, it's a very convenient location and the employees were super nice so I'd like to go back.

Great place to stop for snacks after work, and awesome customer service. I prefer it to most of the shops in the area, rameesha is always happy to help
