I bought a cup of ice from this location and didn’t realize after I poured my drink that there was a huge roach inside my cup. Not gonna post the photo but I am gonna report it to the health department what a horrible experience soo nasty can you imagine drinking your drink and after halfway you see a huge roach. I went back and told the employees but they denied having a roach infestation m. It was most likely inside the ice machine. Never getting a drink from there again.

Clean and organized store, employees are friendly and welcoming and they sell winning lotto for keys and scratchers. Parking can be a challenge as this store is located in a small strip mall housing numerous popular businesses

I came in this morning and I completely forgot how to have my mask on and the guy behind the counter named Gio reminded me I needed a master come in so I went back to the car grab the mask. Then on the way in I'm guessing it's a regular customer who's always there drinking their coffee who wasn't wearing a mask. Then I asked them shouldn't he be wearing a mask. Geo the worker behind the counter said why don't you go tell him something. I know I made a mistake by forgetting to put on my mask but it has to go for everyone else as well. Even if you're a regular or not.

I understand 7-Eleven tends to attract a "specific type" of clientele, and therefore perhaps the culture at typical 7-Eleven stores is not necessarily the best. However, the last 2 times of I've gone to 7-Eleven after work, mostly to pick up some late night snacks, I am constantly met with the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of 2 Latina employee's that work at this specific 7-Eleven store. One of the ladies has a tattoo of a hear on the left side of her face, and the other one is a short and stocky young woman (both of them look like they may have been/are cholas). As I go into the store the girl with the tattoo is always starring at me with a very unlikable expression and is always giving me attitude the moment I am ready to pay for my items. This has happened a number of times when I've entered the store. I understand she's probably having a bad day, but how is that my problem? Especially when I'm the one paying her for a service? As for the other lady/chola, she was incredibly rude to me earlier today when I went to buy some items at the store. I went in to purchase a tube of Pringles chips (that was all I purchased) and upon approaching the checkout stand, she begins to groan and roll her eyes. Worst of all, when she gave me back my change, she didn't it to me, but instead decided to toss it to me. I'm sure this can referenced on the store's interior surveillance camera. I've already decided to e-mail corporate in the hopes of these 2 women being taken to task for the lack of professionalism. I understand they may not have the best type of education being cholas and all, but that is no excuse for not having at least the basic level of good manners as well as customer service. Perhaps they should apply for a job at "Homeboy Industries."
