What a beautiful place. Everything was just right. Very friendly check-in. Super well furnished rooms in a quiet location. For water lovers, there is a pool in the middle to cool off and the surrounding restaurants are highly recommended.
Rooms: Beautifully tastefully decorated rooms.
Nearby activities: There is a river for water activities in the immediate vicinity. There is also a golf course right next door
Safety: We felt very safe and comfortable.
Food & drinks: There are delicious food in the nearby restaurants.

Arrived hours after check in time only to find our room was not ready. Couldn’t get changed for a work event. Was told I would get a refund for the hotel ($250 a night to stay in a cubicle). Finally at 9 pm I was told my room was clean and ready for me. No toilet paper, room wasn’t that clean. No way to contact anyone in the office because there was no one there. Pool was green, never received any compensation or refund. This place stinks.

We had a nice private cottage. It had a deck and a yard for the kids to run around in. The property is located right next to the golf course restaurant which was a plus. Safeway was a few miles down the road and we were 30 minutes from bodega bay. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The kitchenette was a lifesaver with the kids. We will be coming back.

Incredible little boutique hotel - excellently updated and kept up. Very clean and a perfect quiet spot for a relaxing stay. Rooms were spotless and well provided. And even some rooms with 3 beds. Very easy check-in and out. Can’t wait to return!

Great place to spend time with family and friends.Nestled among the redwoods, it has beautiful surroundings. Service was friend and helpful. They have a nice pool (seasonal May-Sept) and large lawn area with cornhole or just to relax in patio chairs. Cozy, modern motel rooms surround the pool and larger family cabins are tucked a little ways away near the tall trees.
We enjoyed the onsite Bia Cafe and Northwood restaurant. There's even a beautiful 9 hole golf course adjacent to the resort. Overall a lovely time.
Rooms: The motel rooms were small but nice and bright, very clean and comfortable with large TVs, mini refrigerator and microwave.
Nearby activities: Easy drive to Guerneville for shopping and dining, Monte Rio beach along the Russian River and lots of wineries nearby. And a mere 30 minutes drive to Bodega Bay.
Walkability: Easy walking to Cafe Bia, Northwoods Restaurant and Northwoods Golf Coarse

Friendly nd helpful service desk. Reservation was easy to make. Room was very clean but small. An in-room coffee pot would have been nice. Maybe a shelf or more hooks on the wall to accommodate belongings, or a cubby. A little concerned for safety:
Rear door doesn't open (permanent lock) md shower could use at least one ADa A handle.

Cute motel style lodging plus cabins nestled in the redwoods adjacent to a great golf course. All amenities nearby, including a restaurant and cocktail bar !!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Sue was especially helpful during the check in and check out process. She made us feel welcome and appreciated. We will definitely be back.

It has been a long time since I've slept in a comfy hotel bed! They were able to accommodate our family of 5 when we could not find a hotel in the area that would do so. The room had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay! The kids are excited to go back in the warmer months to use the pool. The front office staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and shared recommendations of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

What a hidden Gem!! Please don't get to busy in the summer as we want to come back! From the moment we pulled up the kids jumped out and were playimg games out on the grass, to walking into a warm fireplace after checking into our little cabin. This place was great! Also having a Restaurant right on the same parking LOT basically that had Great food was a treat!! Thank you Sue! (I THINK THAT WAS HER NAME)

Loved Casa Secoya. The cabin was roomy and had all the comforts of home. It is in a super location, near the Russian River and 10 miles from the coast. Our dogs loved it too. Lots of area to walk them.
