I ran in for a last minute present for my youngest daughter's birthday this past week and was blown away at how helpful the workers were. I have never purchased the type of sneakers my daughter has been wanting so I was unsure which size would fit her the best in Jordans. I was immediately approached by a young man named David who was very quick to help me figure out her sizing and answer all my questions about the shoes I was considering. We landed on the best option which was the Air Force 1 shoe, which my daughter is so happy with!!! I included some pics of my daughter enjoying her new zapatos. Thank you WSS! ?

My friend and I came here to buy adidas sambas, but they were all fake. We literally saw one that had “abibas” written on it. There were even ones that had 5 lines instead of 3. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Three stars instead of one for the nice young lady who talked to me shortly after walking in. She had all the right intentions however didn’t actually know the information or product, so I helped myself and went to check out. Then there was a line forming since no cashiers were upfront yet there is an asset protection guy at front counter and two other staff members walking around. Annoying to wait 10 minutes or more to be checked out and staff not help then when the supervisor Paije comes up she’s frustrated looking for the “new girl.” Clean store with lots of products otherwise.

Horrible customer service. I asked to return or exchange shoes but the manager declined due to theft in the store. Never buying shoes here again.

The only thing good about this store is that they have different options for shoes, men and women. But they need to work on customer service. Staff is not friendly at all. They can see a customer having a hard time. Looking for a shoe size, but do not offer to help. We end up finding my sons shoe size and a different aisle. Without the help of the staff. The cashier staff are also rude. Will definitely not come back to this place again I will check out another store location

Had a horrible experience from the second we walked through the door. The guy standing at the door was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Idk if he thought he was security or something but clearly he wasn’t doing a very good job as he was standing there falling asleep. The cashier was no better either. She had an attitude and absolutely no customer service skills. I had to exchange something the day after and I drove 2 cities over just so I could avoid this place.
