“I had the best experience there ever even though I was just there for around 20-30 min, the employees were friendly, and extremely accommodating which was the best part. I had purchased my dress here today it was a great experience since the cashier asked me if I wanted my dress to be hanged or fold and I said hanged, I really didn’t get that typical question when I went to other Windsor, but this place definitely change my mind and I will definitely be coming back to get the same experience.”

And I must say Steven, one of the associates was very helpful and acknowledgeable. Even tho he was busy with two other families, he still found time to help me and my family. “This is our local store in my neighborhood. Few days ago I popped in and they had a security guard watching us check out at the register then checking our receipts when we exit after he watched us pay ? they don’t check the bags either … does anyone know why they are doing this ? Kinda ridiculous makes me not want to go back because it’s an unnecessary step .”
“Lines do get long but the employees do work as best as they can to get the line down, they are amazing at helping you find what you need and if they don’t have it in store they are nice enough to call another store near you to see if they have it.”
“They got some good things and some funny stuff too, perfect place for gag gift stuff. the 5 stars is for one reason only, one of the ladies working there helped me pull a secret mission on my girlfriend, found a lava lamp she been wanting forever, the ghostface one, so I asked her if she could grab it and hide it for me, she did AND she even slid the others back so my GF wouldn't see them there, then she hurried and rang it up and bagged it up for me. I don't remember her name but best employee you got!!!”
“Shoutout to the employee Haley for going out of her way to help me choose a gift for my sister! I know nothing about girls fashion however I did know what type of style my sister liked and Haley helped me out throughout the whole process. Honestly I had an awesome and fun time! Some of the random clothing items i randomly checked for prices was $$$ but it's understandable. Most stores like this you have an employee that tries to be a jr compliance officer. Not here. “Thanks to Meli I got to shop more, she told me about their sale and I ended up spending more than I wanted to in nice clothes. I loved the energy there and customer service and when that happens we come back. I'm sad to see not everyone got the same experience but definitely mine was great meaning they're improving in customer service. The only thing I was concerned me was the security tags that kinda ruined the clothes, when they removed it there was small holes on the clothes, it's upsetting when you paid $30 for a Tshirt that it's ruined by the security tags. I hope they work on something else without damaging the clothes. The only reason they won't get 5 stars it's because of that, everything else was great.”
