I ordered this biggie combo for lunch at work. It arrives cold. No mayo on burger, fries cold and no ranch for my nuggets!! I called some Hispanic male kept hanging up in my face saying no one on duty speaks English. I think he forgot the menu I'd in English. He refused to let me speak to the manager being rude. So tomorrow I will in person to see what the disrespect is about. My cashierr name was Maria

30 minutes to get a $6 biggie bag. Everyone looked lost. Orders were getting messed up multiple times. That's why it took so long. There were less than 5 people inside and everyone was saying they've been waiting for 20+ minutes for their food

Had their Ranch Bacon Chicken Sandwich and it was great! If you don't like strong cheese I would suggest swapping out the Asiago cheese for a milder cheese. The chicken nuggets were amazing as always.

The staff has difficulty understanding English and struggles to get the order right. And the chips that came with my salad were out of date.

Love coming here, only complaint is they close their dinning room area two hours earlier then the listed time. I came today and it was only 8pm and the dinning room wasn't open due to them closing it two hours before the listed time on the door. They should really change it.

I got the apple pecan salad here today, and it was not fresh at all! The apples are all soggy and bitter, and the lettuce is wilted!! It's so gross!
