Had an appointment, over heard the banker ask another banker if she could take me since she was double booked. What does this banker do, she comes to and says I have an appointment coming up if she doesn’t help you in 10 minutes I’ll help you. Don’t you think yhise 10 minutes of waiting could have been utilized to start helping me?

I been with wells fargo since 2011 never had a problem till now that I come to this location. Most of the time I have a problems cashing my care provider check that comes from the state. The managers have poor customer service and now I have an appointment to close my business, checking and savings account. I can't deal with this anymore. Before this location i loved wells fargo but not no more.

Very poor customer service, tried to deposit to my family’s acct who is 3 1/2 hrs away and they simply said no cash accepted didn’t offer any other option very unpleasant environment that’s why I don’t back with Wells Fargo. Waste of time....

How this bank gets 3 stars is beyond me. And, how WF still has customers after all the lying and stealing they’ve done in general is beyond me. This particular location continually demonstrates incompetence. We experienced being told one thing on one day, then being told a complete opposite thing on the following day. This led to us having to make several trips to handle a very simple deposit. When the original deposit (for thousands) encountered a processing error, the morons didn’t have the courteosy to notify us. We discovered it ourselves after calling to see what the status was, after a delay in not seeing the funds credited. Out of several poorly run banks that we’ve run into, WF is BY FAR the worst. There are much better options out there. Read the news- they’re crooks!

Came in to cash my Tax Return and she said I can't because it's not a Wells Fargo Check... I was also told I'd be not to cash it because I don't have an account even with my two forms of identification... (I was not going to make an account just to cash my check) I was able to cash other checks at other Wells Fargo's...

I attempted to open an account and they told me to make an appointment when all I wanted was to deposit my hard earned money and get going. No customer service. Don't recommend this place. No wonder people complain about this bank. I made simple request all I want is to deposit money and use it here and there. The lady was telling me I have to go with you all this options. Look lady some people just want to bank simply. I don't want to waste your time or mine. Worst bank choice. Taking my money elsewhere.
