Of all the Wells Fargo banks in this area this one is by far the worst!!! No matter the day or time of day there are long lines and only 2 tellers. Right now it is 10:45am on last Friday of the month before New Year's and only 2 tellers ugh!!!!

Waited for almost an hour wasn’t acknowledged even though both bankers saw me tellers told me they didn’t notice me either and that the bankers are booked yet nobody asked if I needed help nobody told me they were busy the bankers just walked past me. Extremely rude and unprofessional terrible experience.

This Wells Fargo Bank in Montclair used to be my go-to bank whenever I needed to help my Mom with exchanging small bills to larger bills. However, several months back they closed on the weekends... not sure why... maybe due to staffing issues as a result of COVID-19... who knows.Prior to their weekend closures, I had very good experiences with this bank. It's a good size bank... lots of space inside. Bank tellers were pleasant and smiley... that's always nice. They made the transactions go very smooth. They were staffed with 4-5 bank tellers at a time which was great especially on the weekends. Security guard at the front entrance was friendly and helpful. Its location was perfect because it's near the place where I would pick up my Mom from for our Saturday San Gabriel Valley food run LOL.Maybe one day, they'll reopen it back up on the weekends. Until then, I'll be going to another Wells Fargo Bank. Happy Banking!

This bank is a joke they promise you a 200 dollar sign on bonus only to deny you the bonus what a scam I opened my new wells fargo bank it said on the web site that the 200 dollar bonus code would be applied opend the account never got the 200 dollars called the bank they said they were going to resolve this for me and 2 weeks after the call I get a letter in the mail stating I didn't apply the bonus offer code when the website said it would apply it for me and now I'm not getting the 200 dollar bonus as promised I belive this is a scam to get people to sign up this is bad buissnes I will be closing my account and going back to Bank of America what a scam

Had an appointment, over heard the banker ask another banker if she could take me since she was double booked. What does this banker do, she comes to and says I have an appointment coming up if she doesn’t help you in 10 minutes I’ll help you. Don’t you think yhise 10 minutes of waiting could have been utilized to start helping me?

The atm machine eats up peoples money and the staff inside will not help you and will tell you to dispute it. My transaction did not go through, I only got 1/3 of my payment and the machine almost Ate My card but spit it out once I got help. Being black, this could look suspicious to other people and s**** -.- Which is why I'm guessing the lady told me to dispute this because it was also near closing time. What if my money gets spat back out like my f****** card did?!! I hate Wells Fargo at this point I'm so fed up with this bank!!
