Incredible customer support from Cody! This lovely young women's patience, knowledge, and outside-the-box thinking allowed us to upgrade 4 phones at a very reasonable cost. She also helped all four of us transfer everything from the old phones to the new ones and taught us a few tricks along the way. She's amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Horrible experience from Ivonne! I wanted to open a business account with just 1 line to test the service before bringing my whole account from AT&T. I called over the phone and got the account created and approved but decided to finish in store as I didn’t want to wait for the phone to ship. The Rep at the store (Ivonne) had a horrible attitude interrupting while talking and just felt like I was being pushed out or not welcomed. I’m assuming it was close to closing time and they wanted to go home but that is no reason to treat someone who’s trying to conduct business. Probably the worst customer service I’ve received and that’s from someone who was trying to switch from AT&T due to bad service. I don’t recommend this store and definitely not recommend Ivonne for anyone especially for business needs.

Representatives just try to sell you things, no one cares for what you really need. They sold me a useless Apple Watch, and I tried to get the new line switch to my old phone, they never did it correctly, and I have been there for 4 times, and the last time, after I told them which number is not working, they tried to delete the number is working and get me a new number. I am really speechless. Four different representatives, none of them did the work correctly to and never try understand customers need and then just jump ahead do some changes. Now they are telling me my monthly est. billing is $489, jumping from $298 to $489 . lol. And I ask them why, they said I have to call Verizon finance. Unbelievable. Shall I change to T Mobile or AT&T then. How stupid can this be!!!

Well, I've read some horrible reviews from this store but mine will not be one. I walked in and was checked in by a pleasant fellow, ( don't know his name). Waited around 10 minutes and a very nice woman, and again her name fails me which I'm embarrassed to say but it starts with a P I'm pretty sure, now it's holiday time and I thought it would be packed but I lucked out. But I digress, I had purchased an SE cellular I phone for my son for a Christmas gift from somewhere else and got bum steered by another Verizon dealer nearby saying that I couldn't add this to my account and text or call unless I bought another I phone. Complete bullshit. I was going to return it based on this information and thought I'd check with the mother ship first. Sure enough this woman hooked me up in 10 minutes and it works seamlessly. She was super sweet and knew her job well. Thank you so much for saving my the anxiety I was going through. Ps: I went back to the other store and let homeboy know he needs to tighten up his game because everything he told me , with confidence mind you, was completely wrong.

Don’t let them sign you up for the credit card and Disney bundle. They’ll tell you the Disney package is free. It’s not. The Glendora store has better customer service. A little farther but worth it.

I went into the store with an appointment previously set. I was already irritated by the rep over the phone unable to assist, 47 minutes of wasted time (turned out she sent verification texts to 2 wrong numbers). My issue was a failed piece of my iPhone that needed replacement. I reviewed all steps previously taken, what was needed, and the representative Jahan was quick awesome and had me out of there in mere minutes problem solved. I am unaware of other issues due to low star ratings, but this was an awesome experience. Definitely going back next time there is an issue or if a new phone is needed.

Horrible customer service! I wanted to upgrade my phone. the person helping me was pushing for me to trade in my phone. When I declined, he was rude and kept pushing the issue. Again declined and after he went to get my phone he said he didn't have any available. There must be some type of commission/bonus they get when we give our used phones back. Last time I traded my phone in I was told I was getting $500 back and I received less than $100 I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and I am really thinking of changing providers.

I should have read the reviews prior to getting my phone here. Customer service extremely bad. They don’t treat you well. Stay away from this branch.

Bad service, I have to sign in, and they told me that the waiting time is 45 minutes, after one hour and a half one of the representatives told me that they can't help me at the store, so I have to call to the customer service because I have a business account, which I told since the beginning when I signed in.

Good customer service. But buying a cell phone takes a very long time. It's not just Verizon but all cellphone stores.

Went there to see if we could all get new phones & the guy said yes of course. That all we had to do was trade our old phones in & we wouldn't have to pay ANYTHING. We asked multiple times if we would have to make a payment today & he kept saying no. We asked again about purchasing chargers & cases, he said we wouldn't have to pay a dime for them. That they would take it out of our bill which would be $250. Once we had everything ready with chargers , cases & phones he then said "so the bill will be $700 today". We were in complete shock because we weren't expecting to pay today & thought it would be taken off the $250 phone bill. We paid the $700 because we didn't want to be an inconvenience & had all the phones set up. A month later & our phone bill is now $600. $600 dollars when it was supposedly supposed to be $250. They are the biggest scammers. I should of stayed with T-Mobile. Not to mention the internet cuts off a lot. $1,300 wasted. Times are hard now and you're just scamming families.
