“I just wanted to take a minute and write a positive review to join all of the others here. I came in this store frustrated after trying to find a kit or device that would let me vaporize dry herb and had a water pipe adapter available in the store. I couldn't pick one online and wanted to see in person. The first time I went in I asked for one Chris couldn't find one to meet my needs and he looked at every possible configuration in the store and tried to make it work. There was no one there so he took a minute to look at what I showed him on my phone for an example and took the details down and said he would convey them to his. He was a delight so I didn't even care if he didn't because it was a good experience. Fast forward a week or so and my patience being what it is I stopped by one afternoon when I was running errands and walked in to see Chris who remembered me which was nice, but also Dave the owner was there and we told him what I was looking for and do you know he had EXACTLY what I was looking for, but I didn't know it. He gave me an electric enail with optional dry herb chamber. I loved it with the dry herb vaporizer. Loved it. Even with shake. Today I was inspired to put the enail to the test. I had it at the medium temp and Whoa!!! It made me so thankful for it and thankful for the experience I had here. They made sure I got the most use and value out of this setup and I really appreciate it. I will not hesitate to come here in the future because they listen and understand, regardless of who you are or what you look like, and give a fair deal. Oh, did I mention the snack case?”
“I’ve lived down the street from this smoke shop for years and it’s the best smoke shop I’ve been to still. As soon as you walk in they greet you, ask if you’re looking for anything in particular. Very chill vibes here don’t care if you walk around to look at stuff or ask questions. They recently changed managers and I just gotta say it still feels the same. “I’ve been going to this store for a few years now, it was a good store before, then it changed ownership and it became a great store! Sonny is great, he is knowledgeable and cares about taking care of his customers. He understands fully that his customers are his paycheck and he and his wife and the few employees do an excellent job of maintaining knowledge, providing good information to help me make informed decisions on vape products and they offer a great selection of accessories, coils, tobacco products and other items related to enjoying tobacco, cigs and cigars, hookah products, candles to help with smoke smells, Kratom, sage, incense, etc etc. they always provide excellent customer service to me. The few times I had an issue with a product that I purchased there, they made it right and were happy to assist me and keep me happy. I also am not a person that will go in and be crazy and have unrealistic expectations on what can be done. They have replaced defective mods. They have replaced items that were “lifetime warranty” guaranteed. Sonny was happy to assist and provide a proper solution. It’s very nice to know I can go in there and be greeted by name. Sonny and his family and staff have done a great job of making me feel that I am valued by his family as a loyal customer. Sonny is courteous, knowledgeable and almost always has answers to questions. I have remained a loyal customer and wish I could remain as a loyal customer, unfortunately I am moving out of California and will not be able to walk in weekly as Ive done for years now. its rare when you can walkinto a business and they know your name. i will miss the shop, I will miss Sonny and his family and their staff. i only hope that the next shop i go to for my smoking, vaping and accessory needs is as good as this shop. however, i know its probably an impossible thing because this shop along with the owner and staff are one of the best in the business.
