“Been going there for years, the employees are cool compared to most other Smoke-shops, it’s nice that they are open late and have a rewards system for discounts and accessories. They have a good variety but no dry herb vaporizers. I had a defective bong but “all sales are final even if it’s defective”, got 35% off on a different bong but I rather just been able to swap it out so that the manufacturer knows where to improve their products.”

“I’ve been going to this store for a few years now, it was a good store before, then it changed ownership and it became a great store! Sonny is great, he is knowledgeable and cares about taking care of his customers. He understands fully that his customers are his paycheck and he and his wife and the few employees do an excellent job of maintaining knowledge, providing good information to help me make informed decisions on vape products and they offer a great selection of accessories, coils, tobacco products and other items related to enjoying tobacco, cigs and cigars, hookah products, candles to help with smoke smells, Kratom, sage, incense, etc etc. they always provide excellent customer service to me. The few times I had an issue with a product that I purchased there, they made it right and were happy to assist me and keep me happy. I also am not a person that will go in and be crazy and have unrealistic expectations on what can be done. They have replaced defective mods. They have replaced items that were “lifetime warranty” guaranteed. Sonny was happy to assist and provide a proper solution. It’s very nice to know I can go in there and be greeted by name. Sonny and his family and staff have done a great job of making me feel that I am valued by his family as a loyal customer. Sonny is courteous, knowledgeable and almost always has answers to questions. I have remained a loyal customer and wish I could remain as a loyal customer, unfortunately I am moving out of California and will not be able to walk in weekly as Ive done for years now. its rare when you can walkinto a business and they know your name. i will miss the shop, I will miss Sonny and his family and their staff. i only hope that the next shop i go to for my smoking, vaping and accessory needs is as good as this shop. however, i know its probably an impossible thing because this shop along with the owner and staff are one of the best in the business. Thanks for running a great place to shop for my vaping needs. Sonny, i wish you and your family unlimited success. the customer loyalty program rocks!!”
