My mail is taking too long to deliver. The neighborhood is not good. That's why they're in doors not open to deliver your mail inside. After hours anymore doors are shut. They don't have enough parking place there.

It’s 8:40am most post offices are open at 8:30 I really never review anything today I had to sit here and log in. Usually the drop box door is open for package drop off. I simply said excuse me since the door was open. The lady who came out ask what I was doing I simply said I just need to drop this package off.. instead of saying sure just drop it off she gave me the worst attitude and told me the door was only for employees to which I said it says drop off packages. She continued bickering at me took my package and dropped it on the floor. It’s incredible how extremely rude some people can be. Customer service definitely 0 stars I’ll make the drive to upland next time!

There is no photo service, camera STILL BROKEN. Paperwork processed & held 'till we returned with photos. Friendly staff?. Cameras @ nearest cvs & ups were broken. ***(GO to the UPS store on Mountain next to El Super & La Michoacana for ur pix b4 going to post office 4 passport process.)***

Constant Delivery issues. Not sure what training entails to be a postman/woman but our packages constantly get either “marked delivered in mail box” but we don’t actually receive them in OUR mail box; our neighbors sometimes bring us our mail, or sometimes our packages never make it to us with no resolution. 0 compensation for “lost packages” also. It’s beyond irritation now.

I had a passport appointment I even called the day before to confirm and everything was good untill the next morning I got a call that the person that handles the passport was not in I missed work and lost money and time for nothing very unprofessional

Do not even bother coming here for your passports I should have read the reviews before hand . Took the day off work only for the person to have called off I even called yesterday to confirm my appointment. Very upset since I have a vacation booked in a couple months if the person always calls off why not hire someone else ? Or fire them geez ! This should not happen this often unacceptable

Read all the reviews and majority of them are the same issue I had, not once but thought the years. I had a passport appointment at 11:15, took work off & headed there just to get there and tell them I was there for a passport appointment. Keep in mind I live in Fontana & every appointment in my city was beginning April. I only found one appointment middle of March in Montclair! I took it and made the drive. She continues to tell me she called out sick and I said do you guys not call to reschedule or let people know? She said the should've, but obviously reading these reviews nobody does. I asked if I can come back when she's back to work she said no reschedule online with the biggest attitude, asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was just a rude didn't even give me the option of coming back or apologizing for the inconvenience. I asked am I able to come back when shes back to work and just show them my confirmation appointment I received via email? She said "yeah" nothing more. So if they cancel your appt without a heads up YOU ARE ABLE TO GO IN WHENEVER THE PASSPORT PERSON IS BACK & SHOW YOUR APPT EMAIL AND DO THE APPT THE SAME DAY THEYRE BACK. Do not let them tell you otherwise, very unprofessional & inconsiderate of other people time.

Inconsiderate and unprofessional. A terrible representation of the USPS. I had to take a whole day off of work to set a passport appointment at 11 am! Only to arrive and wait in line, to be told there's only one person who processes the applications and happens to be out for the day. I did not receive any kind of notification to cancel or reschedule. Appointments begin at 9 am. This means there was a two hour opportunity to reach out. I understand we are all going through staffing issues that are out of our control. But what we can control is to up-skill and Coronas train current team to ensure services are available. Clerk was unhelpful. She did not even try to assist in locating an office where i can take care of this today. My time is of no value to her. This means I will now have to take another day off from my office. Please do better in notifying clients of cancellations.

Never schedule an appointment with this office, no respect for your time . My wife schedule an appointment for passport for our child, when we arrived a clerk told us the person who do the applications did not show up , so where we didn’t receive an email or notification to reschedule as we took the day off from our work . I asked for manger . He buzzed him and then he said he is not here too . No one cares , no one charge . What do you expect for your services . NEVER make an appointment here . Bad customer service and attitude.
