I make sure to NEVER come to this store but we were already at the mall and my friend wanted some new pants. Worst customer service ever. Most of the employees are extremely rude. My friend was trying on a pair of pants and had the fitting room door open to show us and an employee rudely said "um it's only 1 person per fitting room and with the door open you're blocking the hallway" UMMMM we were standing outside the fitting room and how else is our friend supposed to show us the outfit without the door open? I would've got her name except she wasnt wearing a name tag. If the employees read this review, i went there at 4:30 on July 15 and she was a short hispanic girl so check the schedule and see who it was because I recommend you talk to her about her tone on how she speaks to customers. We ended up not buying anything we were so annoyed by it. I highly prefer the vans in Ontario Mills. Do not come here.

I bought a pair of shoes from this store. I tried them on in the store for about ten minutes. Took them home and then decided to return them about a week later. I never wore them again outside of the store. The manager Alex would not return them he pointed to a minuscule amount of dirt on one edge of the bottom of the sole as being dirty. The factory sticker was still on the bottom and unscathed. They were in perfect condition. The only dirt they could have got was from their floor. The next size larger was not available. What Poor service. I have been a Vans customer since 1979. My kids wear vans but after this I am so disappointed. I'm stuck with an 85.00 pair of shoes that don't fit and can't return. Alex (the manager I guess) would not listen or believe that they were not used.

This is hands down my favorite Vans store in the area. There's a big variety of shoes and the staff made the experience so much better! I went in on Saturday around 2 and Forester was super helpful when it came to giving me information about the shoes I wanted and he brought out the shoe quickly as well. When I went to pay I had a great experience with the cashier. Brandi was very sweet and made great conversation and convinced me to get a shoe cleaner. I'll definitely be back here next time I want to purchase a pair of shoes

I hate this vans location . Was there about 5 mins ago ready to spend a good amount of money. I clearly saw 3 employees in the shop talking amongst themselves and it made me uncomfortable to go up to them and ask them for help. I didn't get greeted when I walk right past them and I was at the register with nobody on the floor . I just wanted some shoes . Once I did ask for help I received the wrong pair and had nobody to ask for a difference size. Seriously never coming in here again until management does something about their employees

Visited this afternoon for a new pair of Vans. "Lexi" was VERY nice. And "Anthony" was VERY nice for holding on to them for me, when I called earlier. Nice to know my business is appreciated. Thanks Again. This is my "NEW" Vans Brick & Mortar store. I WILL return in the future.

Stopped by to exchange our grandsons shoes with them. always been wary of more teenager solely oriented stores, but I can happily say i'm pleasantly shocked. My moms english is remedial at best, and the associate helping us picked up on it and did our procedure with us in Italian!! Him and my mom could've gone on for hours. I deeply regret forgetting his name. The service at the counter was great too! Not the fastest, but the line was insane. Certainly will be coming back for birthday shopping soon!

Came in this morning and Alex helped me out, really brightened my day he is so nice and helped me find exactly what I need! Provided with the best customer service I have ever received! He was so quick and to the point but also very friendly, a great asset to any company! Thank you again!

I called the store before to find out which entrance was the closest. The young lady explained so well I was in and out in less then 20 minutes, this was on a Sunday a week before Christmas! I was helped right away and found what I needed. They also had this great guy checking the box before purchase for correct size while you are waiting in line. He also explains a little about the shoe you choose. He is absolutely amazing and I regret not getting his name because he made what usually is a hectic shopping experience enjoyable.

This place sells clearly fake clothes one day me and my friends and I where walking in the mall where this store is and clearly everything was fake my friend said everything their was fake the store is named trendz for many reasons but the one I have is that they follow clothes trends and then use fake clothes that are trendy so this is why it's the worst

I came to the vans store to purchase a few pairs of shoes when Flo helped me with amazing customer service! Top notch, she did so well in a difficult situation. I will definitely be coming here to purchase all my vans shoes!!!
