I'm building my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and I wanted to replace the sport transfer case with the upgraded 4:1 Rubicon t-case. Miguel called me directly and we negotiated a price since I couldn't provide a core. I drove down on a Friday afternoon and picked it up from the shop. Lovely people all around. They even gave me a tie-down strap since I had failed to remember one. ?♂️
The transfer case bench bench-tested fine, but when I got it up to high speed, it started rattling,and when I shifted into 4WD drive, it got stuck. I called the shop the next day, and they shipped me a replacement no-questions-asked. It got here a day later and I swapped it in with no problems.

Howard quickly assessed the problem and ordered parts while I was in the waiting room. I left my truck with him for two days and he fixed the problem. “Stress-Free has recently taken over this business and Joel is still a vital part of it as well during the transition. I brought my vehicle in due to my brakes not working and I was almost unable to stop while driving. My brake pedal was all the way down to the vehicle floor when using. Both Michael and Joel recognized that I had my brakes done in February and this should not be happening. They repaired the problem and there was no hesitation on their end in taking full responsibility and not charging me one penny for the complete repair.”
