My 2004 Cadillac Escalade needed a new tranny. My Original was rebuilt (thanks to Miguel) and runs perfectly. I never dealt with rebuilt anything and my attachment to my truck was worth it. I recommend giving the folks at Transmart 4x4 a try. Trust me, they will work with you and provide excellent service, communication, and a product that will satisfy your expectation.

I have used Transmart several times for transfer case purchases and they are awesome. I purchased a transfer case that had an issue and they stood behind there warranty period and took care of the issue. From the owner to the employee's, there customer service is five stars. Purchased a NP246 transfer case from Transmart.
Rear seal leaked within 250 miles of installation. Transmart honored a free seal replacement to stop the leak and reused the same part. Less than 2000 miles after the repair of the seal all fluid leaked from the transfer case causing loss of gears while driving on a an interstate at 70 mph. Unfortunately this happened in Tennessee. The vehicle was towed to a dealership in Nashville. Although Transmart did honor their one for one exchange as per their warranty and offered to ship a replacement, I declined the offer and chose to obtain a replacement from another rebuild manufacturer. Transmart refunded the entire purchase amount. Great customer service. Transmart stands behind their product and will work with you through difficult circumstance.

Great shop when your parts are good; BEST shop when your parts are bad!
I'm building my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and I wanted to replace the sport transfer case with the upgraded 4:1 Rubicon t-case. Miguel called me directly and we negotiated a price since I couldn't provide a core. I drove down on a Friday afternoon and picked it up from the shop. Lovely people all around. They even gave me a tie-down strap since I had failed to remember one. ?♂️
The transfer case bench bench-tested fine, but when I got it up to high speed, it started rattling,and when I shifted into 4WD drive, it got stuck. I called the shop the next day, and they shipped me a replacement no-questions-asked. It got here a day later and I swapped it in with no problems.
Their 2-year, unlimited-mile warranty means a whole lot more with their excellent customer service! This is the place for your transfer case needs!

The best customer service experience I have yet to have. Purchased a transfer case received it in about a week. Upon receiving it we realized we ordered the wrong trnsfer case. The one we actually need was about $1000 more. They just told us to send the old one back and the core and pay for shipping. So upon receiving and installing the correct one it only lasted about two days before it failed. Come to find out my front driveshaft was broken. I called trans mart and explained what happened they shipped out another one immediately. I had to pay for shipping but never the less they honored the warranty and it wasn’t their fault the transfer case failed. I would recommend them to any shop/ person who are looking for a transfer case. I almost forgot Dodge told me they had no transfer cases for my truck and only had one in production and didn’t know when it would be finished. SMH. If your need a transfer case these are your guys.

The transfer case on my 2014 x5 50i was having some issues and after a quote for more than 4k at my local BMW dealer for just a reconditioned TC I started looking elsewhere. Stumbled upon Transmart and took the chance and it was absolutely worth it. Pulled my TC out, sent it to transmart for a rebuild (a 1 day turn around once they received it) and got it back within the week. Fantastic work! My X5 is back in business. Highly recommended!
