The best customer service experience I have yet to have. Purchased a transfer case received it in about a week. Upon receiving it we realized we ordered the wrong trnsfer case. The one we actually need was about $1000 more. They just told us to send the old one back and the core and pay for shipping. So upon receiving and installing the correct one it only lasted about two days before it failed. Come to find out my front driveshaft was broken. I called trans mart and explained what happened they shipped out another one immediately. I had to pay for shipping but never the less they honored the warranty and it wasn’t their fault the transfer case failed. I would recommend them to any shop/ person who are looking for a transfer case. I almost forgot Dodge told me they had no transfer cases for my truck and only had one in production and didn’t know when it would be finished. SMH. If your need a transfer case these are your guys.

The transfer case on my 2014 x5 50i was having some issues and after a quote for more than 4k at my local BMW dealer for just a reconditioned TC I started looking elsewhere. Stumbled upon Transmart and took the chance and it was absolutely worth it. Pulled my TC out, sent it to transmart for a rebuild (a 1 day turn around once they received it) and got it back within the week. Fantastic work! My X5 is back in business. Highly recommended!

The staff was extremely helpful with my rebuild. From answering my questions on line and up until the job was complete. They took time to show me and explain to me the issues they found with it. He was able to rebuild it completely on site in a veryshort time, had all necessary parts in stock and had me out the door in a very short time. The quality of work was excellent. I am very happy with my choice of bring my transfer case here. I would recommend anyone that needs a rebuild to come to this shop.

Transmart had exactly what I needed at an unbeatable price. A conversation with their receptionist/office manager gave me full confidence that I could trust in the quality of their work and service.While I was looking to rebuilding original ATC 400 transfer case on my 2004 BMW X3, it turned out that the cost of a rebuilt one from Transmart outweighed the parts from Cobra Transmission by more than ⅓. After purchasing a rebuilt ATC 400 from them, they were able to ship it straight to my mechanic at a great price.They also credited me back for bringing in the core. Montclair is a bit of a drive from Ventura County, but it gave me an opportunity to test out their ATC 400 which after it had been freshly installed. Everything worked as one should expect, no issues whatsoever. The best part was that I got to compliment them on their work in person.

I bought a new transfercase the first one made it about 300 miles before spinning a bearing so it had a 2 year warranty so I call them they sent me another one not a new one but a remanufactured one instead just installed it and it's got a nice internal clicking noise so will see if the next one works

Ok so I waited a few weeks before I did this review. I didn't know what to expect when I found this place but I'm glad that I found it! I found this person-on offer up (Miguel olivares) I'm guessing he's the owner of this place. Very friendly and professional guy. He rebuilt my transfercase for my 93 wrangler and let me tell you he did a hell of a job. I asked him if he could install an sye that I had purchased from a different place prior to getting the rebuild and he said yes he would help me out with that. I like that he kept me updated with pictures of the work that he was doing and also that he got the job done when he said that he would, (2days).I've been using my Jeep on and off road this last month and everything is working as it should. Not like before I took it to him. So if you or anyone you know are in need of a transfercase rebuild take it to this shop and you won't be disappointed. I had a little bit of trouble finding the place but if you call they shop they will tell you how to get there.
