VACUUMS SUCK! When this place first opened they used to work really good they were amazing! But now, they're so weak and hardly leave the carpet clean. Pressure on them is lacking tremendously.

Me and my boyfriend went to get his car washed and when we went to an open free vacuum one of the employees came up to us and said that we can't be moving the trash can out of the way but we didn't move anything and he rudely told us to get out.

Amazing spot if you're looking for a quick wash. I've been going to Tommy's for about a year now and they're definitely at the top compared to other car wash spots. Staff is friendly and the spot offers free vacuuming and a free floor mat cleaner you can use as well. The floor mat cleaner works surprisingly well as it removed some gunk on mine, but do make sure to face the floor mat face down for best results. They do offer a detail kit at the vacuuming ports, but you will have to pay a fee for that and I'm not sure what it includes. In terms of the vacuuming, suctioning is strong enough and they have two hoses on each side of the vacuuming port, so once you are done with one side you can just walk over to the other side and grab the other hose. They only offer one nozzle attachment but it does the job. In terms of pricing, I'd say Tommy's is fair especially for how well they do. $20 for the best wash you're wanting and they offer more options. No scratches on my rims nor the rest of the car and my tires are left shining along with the car. However, little spots of water are left over but nothing a quick wipe down can't fix. I noticed the material they use on the brushes are like a microfiber so there should be minimal or no scratches whatsoever which is what car wash locations are known for. Overall, if you're looking to go to a car wash spot, definitely go to Tommy's.

I've gone here a couple of times already and always had a great experience. Tonight I had accidentally locked myself after vacuuming my car... Fortunately, the team of employees Monique and her team help me out so much. I had originally planned to walk back home to grab my spare but Mo had ordered me a Lyft back round trip (this was near closing time too so it was dark). They went above and beyond for me, and I managed to get my spare and my car. I was so so thankful for them for their kindness and understanding. I definitely definitely recommend this place. It's all good vibes cleans your car pretty well and fast!! Thank you guys so much for helping me out!! I'm so thankful to you all!

I had A extremely uncomfortable experience while at Tommy's express. There was a gentleman with really long hair and a good amount of arm tattoos who was being overly flirtatious with me while I was at the window I thought nothing of it and continued with my wash, without me ever indicating that I needed help in anyway he came outside to help me. It was such an uncomfortable moment for me I left without finishing vacuuming my car. I will not be returning, I see in no way how that behavior can be tolerated at a work environment in any shape or form.

Why are the iron fences at the entrance and exit closed on rainy days? But the work lights are on and there are people there, and the car wash aisle is also on and open, but the car is not washed.

The wash is real nice everything is always clean and vacuums work great. The manager Andy was really nice and helped me sign up for the membership they give you a free month to sign up and you can wash whenever you want thats a great deal

Not too bad of a place for a wash but after I had just finished cleaning my car and was in the process of vacuuming the inside, one of the workers decided to open up the hose from the vacuums and clean it causing all the dust that had accumulated to form a nice solid layer of dust onto my car after they had just finished washing it. Some of the employees have no regard for their actions and or seem to care about what they are doing in the moment.
