Can we teach the workers?Maybe to even like look up when people walk in say hello, ask if they need anything. Was in the store for about twenty minutes?Not one person said anything to me. If anything they were avoiding eye contact.When I had a question. What in the world is going on?I remember interviewing to work at this store when I was a teenager.And it was a big deal because you actually had to speak to people and try to sale. And now there's five people working in the store, making no eye contact. I wanted to look at these shirts, but there was a worker there.Doing something?She had some kind of a box with either price tags or something in it on top of it.When I got very close to the shirts, she just looked at me real quick and then looked away.Not even asking if I wanted to look at those shirts and if she could move the box for me, so I ended up moving it myself politely, and she just grabbed the box and walked away. Point being customer service is going in the trash.Now, with these younger generation working there and i'm not that much older than them.But i'm just saying there's a huge work ethic.Change at least teach your workers to speak and ask if they can help.That's what they're there for. I literally felt very unwelcome there

The supervisor at this store has no idea what she's doing. I asked her if I can try on the display shoe and she said, no. It then took her about 5 tries to find the size that I needed - only to realize that the display was the only one available in my size ?. So I go to try on the display, but it's a bit stretched out and fits a little bit bigger than the other side. Since it was the last pair I asked if I can have a discount to make up for the quality/fit. She then tries to argue with me that they are not stretched out; BUT then offered me the plastic prop that goes inside the display shoe so I could take it home and stretch out the other shoe too!!!?♀️?

Had a great experience here. Great staff. Soft cool atmosphere. This Tillys has the most product of all ice been to. Great selection. Some of the random clothing items i randomly checked for prices was $$$ but it's understandable. Most stores like this you have an employee that tries to be a jr compliance officer. Not here. Staff was young and very professional. My official Tillys

I believe he is a manager I know his name is Brandon - he is amazing! He always has such great energy and he is super helpful he makes the atmosphere so fun and welcoming!

The manager Brandon was very disrespectful! He was very rude and constantly gave us dirty looks and rude remarks. I asked for help while finding my size for a pair of jeans and he rolled his eyes and gave me a very disrespectful remark "it's people like you that make my job hard." He had said that after a size wasn't fitting on me. However the other manager Shawn was very understanding and helpful.

The manager Brandon was being really passive aggressive and weird. He told me that i was only trying on a pair of pants because my friend looked good in it. He also told me and my friends why were we giving him weird looks and one of my friends said sorry and he said I don't think you are. But in all of it he was making me really uncomfortable. Then when we were paying and the other manager named Sean was very understanding and apologized for his fellow coworker.

Don't shop here unless you want to feel awkward and unwelcome. The managers have awful customer service. Which is a shame because they're the only ones working the floor. They don't greet you or ask if you need any help. This is the first Tilly's I've had such a bad experience in as all of the other Tilly stores usually have great and friendly workers. They really need to work on it, it's sad and embarrassing for the company.

I wish the employees wore name tags. There was a female cashier with long dark hair. She was the slowest cashier I have ever seen. I was 2nd in line. A family was already at the register when I got in line. I stood in line for almost 15 minutes. Another register opened and I checked out. The cashier was still ringing up items even after I was done. The family had like 3 items so I have no idea what she was doing. She kept taking to the man with dreads and not working. I have never been more annoyed.

Always busy with one person at the register, store limited space for walking and always feel like I'm being followed when I'm in there. Also I hate the way the remove the hangers from t-shirts teach your employees to remove them from the bottom instead of stretching out the neck line .?
