Last Saturday I mailed out important documents W2 etc to family member in Camarillo. I asked the female how much postage would I need and she weighed it and told me 2 stamps. So today I arrive home and found my letter returned due to shortage of stamps. Pretty much got returned bcuz I didn't have proper postage to mail it. When I specifically asked the girl is that all I need as I was mailing 2 letters in one huge Manila envelope. Nope when I called to speak to a manager Kim who was currently working at chino hills store he got a major atitude with me before I could even. Explain what was going on. I take this as a huge inconvenience to me and my family member who now has to wait even longer to recieve letters due to the employee who made the mistake at ups store in montclair. NOW THE MANAGER WANTS ME TO DRIVE OVER TO CHINO HILLS STORE TO EXPLAIN TO HIM IN PERSON WHAT HAPPENED. WHY? He clearly doesnt understand over the phone when i was very patient and thorough about what took place. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO DRIVE OVER TO CHINO WHEN THE COMPANY SHOULD be liable for their employees mistake We shouldnt have to pay for The EXTRA POSTAGE. MIND YOU ITS ONLY 27 CENTS BUT ITS Not ABOUT THE cost ITS THE PRINCIPAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE is Horrible AND BAD FOR BUISNESS. No one apologized for the inconvenience not even the manager. The female that worked Saturday morning needs more training and apparently so does the manager

Absolutely the worst and most rude employees of any UPS Store. The taller, older lady that works there whose name starts with an L like Lizbeth or something is the worst, she literally refuses to help customers, and is extremely rude to customers. Horrible store

If I could give 0 stars I would but it's not a option. If you pay for services you expect for the other party to complete that service. FEBRUARY 17 2024 I visited montclair UPS store location store # 7366. Employee acted knowledgeable but I later found out she misinformed us. She told me 2 stamps were suffice to mail out letters to Camarillo ca. I asked twice and she reassured me that I only needed 2...long story short letter was returned to me yesturday. Why should I have to pay for The EXTRA postage when clearly the employee made this mistake. When I contacted the manager Kim. He was extremely rude and argumentative right from the start. He had no idea what happened at the store but cared nothing about what I had to say as I'm trying to explain to him what happened. Instead he asked me to drive to chino hills location to give him a better explanation. I was already inconvenienced once, why do I have to drive to another ups store to explain to him....he was being extremely complicated. Why not give the employee a approval to have ups pay for the extra postage and send my letter out as originally planned when I visited the store. ?? He wasn't searching for solutions just trying to find a way to evade me....I've worked In retail for over 15 years including security where my primary focus is our customers. Without us, you do not have a successful buisness. If I was the CEO or manager I wouldn't want these people running my buisness. They lack knowledge of the products they are selling , they are unprofessional and they do not look for solutions instead they want to argue. If you like being mistreated, disrespected come to montclair ups store location...you'll be lucky if they mail your items on time or mail it at all....Employee needs more training and so does the manager.

The blond worker here at this location tried to scam the cost of packaging out of me. I attempted to return an Amazon item that according to Amazon stated no label or packaging required. I told her what she said was not true and showed her the information and she said it needed to be repackaged even though it was unopened in the original package it was shipped in. Terrible customer service and trying to charge for unnecessary things to make money. Shame on you.

this is one of my favorite UPS stores never has a line always so clean and the girls at work there are so friendly and knowledgeable I would recommend this store to everyone just because their customer service is really good if I could give more than a five star I would

This place is a complete joke. Do not come here for any notary service. I made a appointment for 1:00 for the next day on line. I showed up on time and the rude women behind the counter informed that my appointment had been canceled. She also informed me very rudely that she had called me in the morning to inform me. That was a out right lie. No one had called me all day. She offered no apology and had a arrogant attitude. Just remember big jerk, we don't need you in the great city of Montclair. If you are going to do business here you better step up your customer service game. All you showed me today was what a zero you are.

The young lady who answered the phone, was very informative, very patient, didn’t rush me off the phone, gave me details as far as dropping off a box for UPS shipment. Good location. Will return again; way better than the one UPS store on Mountain & Foothill. The older female manager is very rude and dismissive I’d rather go a little farther and be treated right than to a closer UPS store that doesn’t receive good paying customers in a welcoming way. It’s the consumer’s money that keeps that store alive; somehow that woman has forgotten
