If you’re looking for specific shoes, and if you don’t mind overpaying by at least twice the retail amount, cool. However, they include current shoes and new drops, that can be found at any other shoe store anywhere, and will still charge at least 150 over the current price. Only go into this store to find shoes you like, then leave and buy them elsewhere for reg price. This store operates on consignment, so the original price goes to the owner of the shoes that is lending them, and the rest of the couple hundred go to the store. They make more than the owners of the shoes.

So i go in and ask the kid if they had bigger sizes of shorts, points me to the location. I did thru the stacks, NOT the saleskid. I find my size and asked to try then on. The kid tells me they do not have a dressing room. I take my chance, I tell the kid i will go outside the store and try them on at the plaza public restroom and if the do not fit i would be rite back to return them. The kid then tells me they will not refund my money, but will give me a store credit. I immediately cancelled the sale and left. What kind of service and store policy is that?
Gonna be another Montclair Place FAILED store.
They should train these kids to hustle as well

I came in to exchange my shoes, literally on the 30 day return mark lol I was attend by 2 ladies and shout out to the girl who did this for me!!! So I told them what I was looking for, brought out a few shoes but I couldn't decide. So one of the girl's suggested, why not just put it in a gift card?
I can shop without the pressure.
I was like "Damn, She Understood and Took Care Of Me". Best believe I walked out with a smile lol My customer service was on point! ??

Spent 599 on Jordan’s for my hubby. Only to be told after I paid that all sales were final. Then after I looked up more info, I saw they’re a resell company. I told my hubby to return then. Bc there were no signs posted clearly all sales were final, never told they were resell, and the shoes had signs of wear- which again was never disclosed. All of that entitled us to a full refund. Don’t think you have to keep the items if it’s not disclosed properly. There’s consumer laws to protect us!!

I spend over 1200$ on three pairs of shoes. Each shoes I got had an average price of $150 to $200. I was so mad when a friend told me that I paid 2x the price on them. I wouldn't recommend it. There was no pricing on the shoes, no final sale sign. Until I seen it on the receipt. Having no knowledge of shoes I will do my research next time and go online.

Shoutout to Sarah for letting me exchange the foam runners - they didn’t match in size . One of them was an entire size larger even though it said the same size. Try on both shoes before leaving the store !!

The West Covina location isn’t even listed on Google and my guess is precisely because they know they’re ripping people off and will get 1 star ratings. I’m not a sneaker head so I didn’t realize how much I overpaid until a friend asked me how much my shoes were (Pandas) and I told him $350. He was shocked because the going rate on GOAT is $190-220. Expect to pay double or slightly less than double or more than double the going rate than everywhere else. This is why they put “no refunds or exchanges” at the bottom of their receipts. Only places that know they’re scamming you have that kind of policy. BUYER BEWARE.
