I'm not one who enjoys walking into a store I usually do everything through the phone but today I had to go in person I was greeted and treated with the most amazing customer service! Rey was awesome!

Be prepared to wait 30-40 minutes for anything you need to do here. When you walk in, the staff doesn't make eye contact or greet you. They move slower than the people at the dmv, taking their time. And not one of the staff members here has any decency. Go elsewhere.

I was on my way to Spectrum this morning I didn't really want to go I don't like Spectrum. I waited a few minutes to get called and a customer service person helped me. I have had issues with the reps in the past however this is the best customer service help I have ever received. He was ,polite, made us feel welcome. By far the best customer service I have ever received. I was so impressed .I hope his boss sees this because he truly is a great help. His name is Jordan. He's the best

This was the worst service I've ever seen. The line was extremely long, and the manager, was in the back office, I summoned him, Scott Duran, and asked if he can assist in assisting us folks, who were canceling the services for a number of reasons. Myself and other patrons asked if he could open a terminal for just cancelations, and he stated he is understaffed and just have to wait just like everyone else. I asked for his business card as to his integrity in assisting his peers and subordinates, but as the customers. I've been a customer since it was Charter, and the staff has declined in customer service poorly. Fortunately, we myself we have moved on, and many other folks there were also canceling their services. The manager needs to be professional and customer service at best, but that the service they provide, they can keep it, and we will go elsewhere. Good luck, Spectrum.

They don’t go the extra mile. They go the extra million miles! They give outstanding service and problem solving at this location! Very hard working and friendly staff and great service! 100% satisfied!

I tried to connect an Apple watch to an iPhone on my account. When it wouldn't connect right away the employee tried to send me to an Apple store. I said, "No!". He tried to restart both but it was still a failure and he referred me to Apple again. Not happy. Tried Apple, they referred back to Spectrum as it their cell service. The watch was previously connected.

My new phone had connectivity problems. I couldn't call 800 numbers. Spectrum support spent several hours trying to get it right -- it turned out to be a setting on the back end that remote support finally corrected. They had never seen the problem before.

Unfortunately, we came to drop off the box and waited for an hour and asked the manager if he can assist us with a multiple people who waited for long time and he did nothing and went to the back. Very sad and poor service. Thank God we left Spectrum.Just to add a follow-up, that same day, I received a reply from their store owner stating to contact any of their social media. So I did a follow-up, and just like corporate America, a boiler template if we want to discuss further to contact them via their social media. So I looked at their minus ratings, and it was across the board that they replied to the same to all of it and no follow-up from management. So, after we have made them aware of their insufficiency and needed attention, it fell on deaf ears. Well, this will conclude what I've expected and that nothing is goo g to change, and they really do not care. It's about volume and not customer service. Farewell!!!

I would like to thank a lady who's name is Monica. I went in to change my phone carrier to Spectrum. Ran into difficulties . She. Was always professional. She went over and above with her knowledge and patience. I hope Spectrum realizes what a great employee they have.

Note: review is about the purchase and porting experience only. Spectrum service over time is not included in my review. Switched from a larger carrier that I've had for a very long time. We were tired of the growing costs. By switching, we were able to cut them by more than half. We signed in and we're 5th on the waiting list. I couldn't sign onto the list from home this late in the evening (6 pm on Tuesday). Once checked in, we were 5th on the list. It took us roughly 30 minutes before we were able to meet with Christopher. Christopher was polite and knowledgeable. He answered each of our questions patiently then walked us through the porting process and preordering my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Each step was very simple and we reused our existing phones for the time being. We'll be back in a week or so when my phone arrives to do all of the phone switching within the family. I was pleased with the speed and painlessness of switching carriers. I would do that again in a heartbeat.

I came in to upgrade my phone. There was a wait, but I was able to walk the mall to kill time. I was actually considering leaving because I was so far back in the queue, but then I got a text saying I was up next. Next time I'll be sure to make a reservation. Christopher helped me with upgrading my phone and made the entire experience quick and painless. He was especially patient and thorough at answering all of my questions and I had PLENTY.

My husband sent me his wife to get a replacement router and he called in before I went in and all they said was bring in the router and that’s it they didn’t inform me or my husband that I need him to be there or to authorize it cuz it’s under his name but I had him on the phone in front of them and his identification which I had and still couldn’t help so I waited an hour for nothing and didn’t help me at all
