I ordered a sleep number 360iLE from a store because of their Labor Day sale. I wanted the flex king with the option for feet warming with the adjustable base. When it finally got delivered (a month later) , we were happy to finally have and use this nice expensive bed. After a week or so, the salesman called me to check up on us, that was nice of him. I asked him how to turn on the feet warming feature and he told me it comes on automatically. I thought that was cool, it sensed your temperature! Nice. A few days later, after it still not working, I checked the settings in the app. Nothing. Checked the remote. Nothing. Finally decided to look at the manual online. It turns out that feature is available on the flex 3 base, and does not come on automatically like the salesman claimed. I had apparently ordered the flex 2 base. I specifically told the sales rep that I wanted this feature before leaving the store. He assured me that that was included in my order. When I called customer service to complain, they sided with their rep and told me I have to pay a restocking fee and a delivery fee. I don't mind paying for the upgraded base, but I shouldn't have to pay for delivery or restocking when I specifically asked for the flex 3 base at time of purchase! I'm not sure why he thought the flex 2 included the feet warming feature or he inputed it incorrectly on the order but that was not what I ordered or wanted. Once delivered, you are hit with a restocking fee and a delivery fee if you're not satisfied with the bed. I guess that 100 night worry free guarantee only applies to the mattress. Read the fine print! Maybe try another brand that is cheaper, more loyal to their customers, honest, and offer free returns. I'm gonna have to take a hit for the base, but this bed is going back. It's a matter of principal

Good positive sales people. There is no hard sell. The sales people take time to explore your problems and make suggestions.It the bed is as good as claimed, it should be terrific!

I have never looked into these beds before because I thought I couldn't afford them. I never realized that they have different grades and bases. I came to find out I didn't have to spend a fortune to own one. I am happy to say that I am now wait for my new bed to arrive. I can't wait to get my first night of good sleep!

1. Salesperson LIED to us about ability to use up/down feature on our existing platform bed. 2. Installers arrived and advised us that it wouldn't work, and we chose to give up the up/down feature and stick with the mattress. 3. Mattress installers arrived and refused to install on the platform because it was too heavy for them to move. 4. SEVEN weeks later and we still have not received the mattress that we paid for in May.

I'm so glad we went to this branch. Rajeeve, the store manager was very pleasant and accommodating with all the questions we have.The customer service is way above and beyond our expectations. He worked with our issues and pulled out every discounts we could get. We came back the next weekend to close the deal and happens to be my birthday the following week. He gave me and husband a red velvet cake which happen to be my favorite cake too. I give kudos to Blake as well another associate in this store. The whole experience was amazing. We always appreciate a good service and this store is not a disappointment specially Rajeeve and Blake.Good job guys

Probably one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! Tom was great and helped us narrow down our options pretty quickly. Advice is to research before you go, know your budget, and what you want. Definitely helps and they didn’t try to upsell anything to me, and offered great service and quick updates!

This is the second Sleep Number bed I've bought in 20 years. Know what you want before you go in. There was a huge sale, I knew what was in my price range, and it just made the process quick. You can go broke buying a mattress so do your research first. Tom was amazing, listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me or add anything to the package, I walked out buying exactly what I had in mind when I went in. I appreciate that.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE! If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Our experience with this company and store has been a nightmare. We purchased a sectional from them and it never arrived on the scheduled delivery date. We were never informed as to why and if we didn't take it upon ourselves to call and find out they would have never reached out. Fast forward to almost 4 weeks later, they finally bring the couch and it's the wrong one. We came to the store to explain that to them and before they could feed us their lies our file had the sketch of the layout we ordered making their excuses void. They apologized because they literally have no idea what they're doing and scheduled a delivery for the correct sectional to be delivered. Another 2 weeks wait for the right couch THAT NEVER GOT DELIVERED!!!! The delivery was confirmed over the phone and the day came and no couch. We called to see what the issue was and there was no knowledge allegedly of us having a delivery scheduled. At this point we've wasted so much of our time because of the incompetence of this company and it's employees. To top it off we asked them to refund our taxes and delivery fee because it was there mistake and now they're claiming that they can't because that's how they pay for the delivery. THE SAME DELIVERY THAT THEY MESSED UP NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE BUT THREE TIMES!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your hard earned money here. Go elsewhere.

BEWARE! Their $2,000.00 adjustable base are NON-REFUNDABLE when you decide to return the bed during your trial period. The sale person did not disclose this to us, but it was in the fine print of the contract. We did the mistake by not reading through it carefully. So do your research, as these beds have several issues, and they charge you to have a tech come out to analyze the problem.

Service was amazing. A man by the name of Jose Luis helped my parents and I buy a new bed for myself. He was well educated on the beds and even on the human body. Amazing experience.
