Another week of having people enter raffles that they never even do , horrible employees. Gonna have to start sending cooperate emails to see if they fix that.

Awful customer service, went in and no one would help out while two of the employees were sitting down on their phone. Had to go down to champs and was immediately helped out.

I needed to return my shoes ,and I told them I had not worn them and you can see that nothing is off the shoes ,but they said that the thirty days had passed and so I told them before I came I called a person and they told me that I can exchange or get store credit ,but they also told me the back is creased and I was like no because they were the last ones and they were on display which caused the back to crease a little bit ,and finally after 3 of the employers and the manager came to the register to try to argue with me they finally returned it .

The workers need to stop being distracted. We had gotten a pair of shoes and the lady at the front checked them and realized one was a 10 and one was a 9. We ended up not taking that pair but another. When they rang it up the pair was 119 and I remembered I saw on the tag 79... we shrug it off anf thought it was our mistake. We get home and are about to wrap our gifts and we realize they gave us the wrong shoes. Completely different shoes no wonder the total was off. Hopefully they don't give us a hard time when we go exchange them.

I had to return a pair of shoes just days after they were purchased. There was a problem with the shoelace straps. The store manager Amanda provided excellent customer service and immediately took action. Thank you very much Amanda I look forward to making another purchase soon.
