Very disappointed on their service. This is my first time using them and my last one. I dropped 4 pair of boots to polish and change the heel part. I also had a purse to put a buckle. I paid upfront because I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to pick up on the day they were going to be ready.
I was helped by the owner Juan Carlos. He seem polite but when I picked up my boots Silverio the assistant wasn't able to find my boots.
Apparently someone put the wrong ticket on my boots. Silverio finally found the boots. I notice my boots were not polish and I ask why? He said I didn't pay for it. I ask if I can speak with the person who received my boots and bag. He replied he is not here but he should be here in 10 minutes. I was in a rush and ask if he could called him. He replied that he instructions to NEVER call him. Silverio proceeded to tell me how wonderful Juan Carlos was and an extraordinary man. Silverio also said that too bad on my order and everyone makes mistakes and no one is perfect in a very condescending way. Silverio brush me off and starting helping other clients. I said not a very impress with your service. He replies "Nimodo" Spanish translated to "Too bad"

Brought my nikes here, due to my sole detaching, asoon as I walked in, older bald head man, said no sorry can't fix them, he didn't even bother looking at them or explaining the situation at hand. So I took them to PRO SHOE CARE, and lady was polite and very helpful, and importantly my shoes were repaired.

Absolutely great work and great service. First off the store looks amazing and smells like leather which I love but that is just me. I had a bag that needed a repair. Without question they said they could help and in a week I had my bag back better then ever. Fair pricing, and fair time frame for repairs. I will be going back if I need any repairs.

Finding a good, quality cobbler is difficult today because it's a lost art. That being said, I found Carlos who is a true cobbler and craftsman. I have some boots that needed a pair of heel pads replaced, I called first and got an estimate and time frame (price was reasonable and the time was quick). I went in after work and Carlos remembered our brief conversation and immediately took my boots and started working on them. I admired him working on my boots with speed and efficiency like the skilled craftsman he is. Within 45 minutes, he replaced my heel cushions, cleaned and conditioned my boots to looking like new!! Carlos is an exceptional cobbler!!
