Ordered 4 pairs of shoes and only received 3. Been playing mindless games with them for about a month now to either get a refund or send out the pair I'm missing. Honestly I will probably never order from this business again, complete joke. Lost my business. Oh I would give them a zero stars but Google won't let you. What joke

I have bought some Fila Grand Hill 2 sneakers and the truth is that they are very amazing, the quality is seen in the product, they have arrived in Spain after 1 month and the truth is that the wait is worth it, I will recommend this store to family and friends and I will return Buy for sure, the prices are cheaper than those we have in Spain, even paying taxes is worth it. They are amazing

Ruze shoes is a JOKE! The worst experience I have ever had to deal with ordering online. I ordered 2 pair of DC shoes March 4th even paid for express Shipping. I was suppose to get my order on the 8th of March. Looked into if it was shipping issues and USPS told me that a shipping label was created but the package was never received. Now it shows it left Montclair CA on the 4th. Arrived on the 5th @ City of Industry CA Disturbution Center.
( in Transit ) To Denver Co ON THE 10th of March. And still in Transit today the 12th. Called USPS again and they told me that it still had not been scanned as far as the actual package and now it is showing a future in transit in Colorado Springs on the 15th! I don't know exactly how the mail system works but I can say I order from Echo Unlimited on the 4th and received my package on the 7th .
I ordered some hats on the 5th and received them on the 9th. Ordered a sink faucet online on the 7th and received it on the 11th. It's sad to say the least if I pay for over night or air shipping it should be proven that is how it was sent. No you pocket my money and ship it how you want or when it's convenient for you. And trying to talk to anyone about your order at Ruze Shoe well Kevin is so unprofessional and gets an attitude with you right away like it's my fault on any of this. Don't run a business if you can't meet certain aspects of it. Don't say you can get someone a product or merchandise in a timely manner if you can't. I hope if whoever is reading this review please take my word for it don't buy from Ruze Shoes they are a joke of an online company. Your money will be better spent somewheres else.

This store is no longer open to the public only Amazon and eBay listings. They claim you can pick up an item in person but there’s nowhere to pick it up at there is no more storefront so it’s possible to try something on before you buy it If your local. They are better places in the inland Empire for shoes. The return policy is also only for store credit at a place where you can try the shoes on.

Lies to their customers. Instructions specifically state to contact their customer support to obtain a prepaid return label. I followed the instructions and was told that is not available to Amazon customers and to instead pay to return the item. I think this is very shady business practice to mislead people into thinking the return would be free if the item is incorrect. Which, in my case, the size I received isn't even listed for sale on Amazon so I believe this to be an error or incompetence on Ruze shoes part. Would not recommend in any capacity.

I ordered a pair of boots, waited quite a while for them to arrive. When they came, the color was wrong, and after speaking to a customer service agent, I found out the color that was advertised was not available. They gave me a refund and promised a discount on a future order. I feel they tried to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution.

Ordered two pairs of boots through Amazon which said free shipping and returns. The Ruze policy on the amazon page said free return labels. When I tried to return Ruze sent a different return policy saying I had to pay for shipping and I could only get store credit. Amazon was no help.
