I paid for my dress and went two days before my event to get the dress and that’s when the sales associate told me my order was on back order. Two days before prom. She was really rude and offered no solutions. She assured me the dress would get there on time even called me a week ago reassuring me the dress would be ready on time.

Loved this place. Bought both my girls quince dresses there. They came in on time and the owner was very sweet and helpful. Also, took her a dress last minute for the party to get altered and she had it ready to go on time. Highly recommend this place.

We bought our dresses and ordered suits for a wedding from Roxy and I am thrilled we came to this store!! We were impressed by the quality on both the dresses and suits. The wedding was near the holidays (12/30) so there was a crunch for time to receive it and Roxy definitely delivered! She is truly honest and kind. She suggested doing navy blue for the boys with our brown dresses and together it was stunning! Thank you Roxy for making this wedding an absolute dream!!

Roxy Bridal is the place to go if you are looking to have a dress custom made. Roxy did a custom dress for my daughter for her upcoming Quinceanera. She did an amazing job. From start to finish Roxy was a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service, listened to what my daughter was looking for and made a beautiful dress for her upcoming birthday. STAY AWAY!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. The woman running this place is an incompetent thief! My husband ordered a suit for my daughters sweet 16. Roxy promised my husband a Michael Kors suit. When the suit arrived only the blazer was Michael Kors. To make matters worse, the whole suit was extremely large. The woman kept mentioning how she didn't know why the suit was so large and that she would make it right. Long story short, the second suit she brought for my husband was still not a Michael Kors suit and also did not fit properly. When my husband asked for his money back she said she could only give him back half although he never took the suit with him. My husband had to choice but to purchase a suit elsewhere! Please don't give your money to this woman. The fact that she promises a branded suit and then provides something completely different is called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Shame on you ROXY for keeping my husband's money! THIEF!!!

Bought my bridesmaids dress here! I tried the more popular stores like David's Bridal & not only did they not have dresses to try on, but they were all sold out in my color! I stopped my Roxys bridal & the owner was so helpful & we chose out the dress then & there! Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Roxys Bridal had my daughters specific dream quinceanera dress we couldn't find at other stores, Roxy was so sweet and helpful with the whole process she gave me some great advice regarding my daughters quinceanera not just dress wise. We ordered the damas dresses and rented the boys suits as well as grandma getting her dress there too. Roxy matched the colors for the boys and girls perfectly. There were a few times she could've easily played me and took my money but she was sincere and helpful instead. I wanted to rent my sons suit and she could've easily said yes and ranked in extra money from me but she advised that I purchase one instead because "boys at that age ruin suits" and I listened and bought him a suit and just like she said he ripped his pants the day of. If I would've rented his suit I would've had to pay for all that damage. My daughter and her court received so many compliments on their suits and dresses they looked amazing . I can't thank Roxy enough

Last 2 years Roxy's Bridal has been our go to spot for my daughter's formals and we were never disappointed! Unique and one of a kind dresses. Roxy's attention each time we came in made it that much more special.

After spending my whole day looking at $500 prom dresses in the malls I decided to go to one last shop on my way home! Best decision EVER!! I was tired and very picky and Roxy was so kind and patient with me, she really took her time to understand what I wanted and showed me a couple magazines and picked sections that catered to my wants, she made me feel beautiful and I didn't feel like just a customer because her and her daughter made me feel so welcomed! In the end I found the PERFECT dress for only 200 which was cheaper than all my friends prom dresses who all went to other shops! I got my dress hemmed with Roxy's bridal as well and it was very fast and so perfect! I highly recommend! I felt like a princess thanks to Roxys Bridal!
