I'm assuming Edward is the owner of this business. I do not respect this thing I'm supposed to call a human being. I got the impression he was a good person. Definitely not. Don't blame your forgetfulness on delivery drivers or delivery services. Complaining about your beer? Go drive to the store or place another order. Disrespectful. On top of that left a 1 cent tip as a "thank you".

I believe in giving money to good people and good businesses who do a good job AND treat others with respect.I witnessed who I assume was the owner of this company- Edward, get some groceries and beer delivered. He was insanely rude to the woman who was delivering, giving her a hard time about checking his ID. Borderline harassing her, News flash- if you buy beer you got to get your ID checked, no matter where you go. You are NOT above the law. For someone in the service industry to treat another fellow service worker with no respect is disgusting. Not to mention, isn't this a place of business? Do we drink on the job nowadays? This man does not deserve your money.Treat others with respect Ed.

They will work on older motor homes when no one else will!!! Great service and decent prices. I brought my 1991 Fleetwood for a fuel pump change and they did an excellent job also went beyond and replaced all the hoses that were rotted underneath the MH and generator hoses. Thank you Rose Auto !!!

I'm giving this place 5 stars because I'm so glad to see them still around. This is where I got all my non warranty work done back in the 80s and 90s when my dad was a manager at the original Citrus Motors on Holt. I'll definitely be going there now after living so far away for years

Our RV broke down on the 57 fwy in San Dimas. This is not our local area and after making a few phone calls, I was referred to Rose Auto. When I called Ed to see if he had room for our 31ft Class C RV, he did, but said it would be a week and a half or two, before he would have time in the schedule to look at it. When we arrived with the tow, he was professional and courteous and we got the rig parked safely. Then we were able to unload it and continue on our trip to a community event for the weekend.At the 14 day mark he called and said the rig was repaired. It was two days before we could get back out to pick it up and he was kind enough to let us keep it on site until we could get back out to it.Ed and his crew went above and beyond on the repair, replacing a sensor and splicing in new wiring and they checked the repair out thoroughly. I am so appreciative that he was able to squeeze time in the schedule to deal with a labor intensive repair. We picked it up today and had no problems on the drive back home.I highly recommend Rose Auto Clinic and RV repair. They are one of the few facilities that I have found to be equipped with a lift rated for larger vehicles, in fact they have two onsite. Their professionalism, timeliness and quality of work is outstanding.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I'm so HAPPY with the high quality workmanship!!! Honestly is the owner's motto!!! Ed Boyle the owner was knowledgeable and easy to work with!!! With me having NO background in automotive, Ed walked me through each process! RV's are his specialty!!!Good work isn't cheap, and cheap work isn't good!!! I'm am super impressed and pleased!!

Ed is the best hands down. My car was having transmission issues and he looked into it and found that there was a recall that could have been the cause of the issue. He recommended I take my car to the dealership and have them diagnose, he was right and I got it fixed with no charge due to the recall. He saved me upwards of $8,000 by being an honest mechanic and doing what's right.

Recently, I experienced the shock of having my catalytic converter stolen. As a result, this action caused other serious mechanical problems. After talking to a number of people, I was informed that my problems would be resolved very professionally by Rose Auto Clinic in Montclair, CA. I must truly state that the Management/Staff were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most caring.. After resolving the issues related to my catalytic converter, Rose Auto Clinic has taken care of other mechanical needs. I hope to remain with this establishment for all future needs.

Recently, I experienced the shock of having my catalytic converter stolen. As a result, this action caused other serious mechanical problems. My car was first towed to a car Dealership, which turned out to be a nightmare. Someone informed me my problems would be resolved very professionally at Rose Auto Clinic in Montclair, CA. I had my car towed from the car Dealership to Rose Auto Clinic on Holt Blvd. in Montclair. I must truly state that Mr. Ed and his Staff were very professional, friendly and most caring. They knew exactly what was needed for my car and explained to me what was necessary. After resolving the issues related to my catalytic converter, Mr. Ed has taken care of other mechanical needs for my car. I'm very pleased and most fortunate. In closing, this message is especially aimed at all females who don't know the difference between a hammer and a nail. It's so psychologically comforting to know where to go and get honest, knowledgeable car care. KUDOS to Rose Auto Clinic in Montclair. Nancy

Ed and Jeff do great work and treat your car as if it was their own. I had an ARB air locker installed on my Nissan Xterra and couldn't be happier with the results. Other shops I asked either didn't want to take on the work or didn't inspire much confidence. I'm now a Rose Auto customer for life.
