As a business owner myself, I KNOW when someone is sharp and has integrity. Carlos is the new owner here, and he's INCREDIBLE. I called maybe 7-8 places when I needed to replace my G-Wagon (Mercedes G63) water pump. I could tell immediately that Carlos was an honest guy. Very soft spoken. Very transparent.1. He communicated with text and cell throughout the entire period.2. He was transparent with pricing and would even send me screenshots of the cost of the parts he needed to purchase.3. He got it done FAST... 2.5 days!4. His pricing was fair and of course ... honest!!5. He even cleaned my engine bay for free for me.6. I was able to pick up the car on a Saturday.Taking all my cars to Carlos, period. The fact that he can work on a G-Wagon says it all.I can't stress this enough. With how shady the auto mechanic business can be, it is a gem to find someone with integrity. Glad I did.Energy doesn't lie and I am happy that I went with my instinct.

I have an older truck, a 1984 Toyota. The motor wouldn’t idle and I needed to get it smogged.My former trusted mechanic, now retired, recommended Roadhaus to me.I called and explained the situation, and told them that it was probably the carburetor. They told me to bring it in the following Monday.I dropped it off and waited. A week went by with no call from the shop. I drove by once, and saw my truck sitting in the parking area.I called and asked for status on the repair. The person I spoke to said, we don’t do carburetors. He said I could pick up the truck, there was no repair.I brought the truck home, parked it in the garage and ordered a rebuilt carburetor. I installed the carburetor and the truck ran great and passed smog.A week after bringing the truck home I noticed the back bumper had a dent and white paint scrapes. It wasn’t there before, and the truck had been parked in my garage since bringing it back from Roadhaus. There was also grease left on the door panel, seat and elsewhere.So, what’s the business model here? Why lie to me? Why treat my truck so carelessly? None of it makes sense.

They fix cars. I had to bring my vehicle back because it wasn't done right the first time. After reviewing repairs I noticed the work was sloppy. I also noticed there were things that were broken. This really irritates me since the idea is to get back a vehicle in better shape not have MORE things to fix!!! This is why I am rating it 1 star. I am not against a business making money but done in this manner I feel scammed!!!I also came back with less parts than the car had before the repair!!! Missing wheel lug nuts!!! How much other things were taken off my car that I don't know about?My air conditioner is not working! The front hub caps are missing!! The inside night light is broken!!! The front wheel where the lug nuts are missing has metal shavings!!! It's obvious that the work done is not done correctly!!!! Was this done so that I would have to come back and pay more money for things that were NOT broken before?!?!I question whether or not the work done is safe?!WARNING!!! RED FLAG!!! WARNING!!! RED FLAG!!! WARNING!!! RED FLAG!!!AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I CONTACTED THE BUSINESS FOR REPAIRS BUT HAVE HEARD NOTHING!!!!

If you are in need of a German vehicle specialist this is absolutely the place I would recommend to anyone... Incredible mechanics that know everything and anything there is to know... Do yourself a favor and skip all the other shops and just come here you will not regret it I promise you...

I just met these car guys and I must say, I'M IMPRESSED. A car shop I won't mention in Rancho Cucamonga, A & R TIRE SERVICE TRIED TO GET ME TO BUY A BRAND NEW ENGINE AT 8K. I said no way, then they charged me $897.42 for belts and tensioner they never put on my car. THIS IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL DISHONEST SHOP IN THE ENTIRE INLAND EMPIRE I had to go to another REAL MECHANIC SHOP and they fixed my belt issues within 3 hours. The only reason it took 3 hours is because he and I talked for an hour before he started. My Dad and I Thank You Sir.

This shop is awesome!! I tryed this place because a friend told me that they finally found an honest shop and I had a check engine light so I took in my 03 Jetta and boy was I impressed!!! I couldn't believe how professional this little shop was .!! And I definitely didn't feel like I was getting taken like at the dealer !! I had already taken my car to the volks dealer and they quoted me 1,500$ to fix my check engine light but these guys here at Roadhaus pinpointed the issue and I was back on the road with no check engine light and for only $160.00 that's like 10% of what the dealer wanted.. well looks like I found my new shop I'm never going back to a dealer ever again and if you have a German import you should also consider doing the same..
