I have to admit the cheap price is why I have tolerated the absolute worst pitiful customer service In retail ever. No one else in the store and no attempt to greet, help or make any eye contact what so ever. Ask about a size and no to everything. That will certainly be my last time there.

Rush came to mall from work. It was 7:10pm when I went to fitting room and the worker said I couldn't try my outfit on, to come back tomorrow. I went next door to Windsor. Fitting rooms were of course still open. Went back to see if I can please try clothes on & asked why fitting rooms were closed early when other stores let you try clothes. She said manager Kim was strict . And she told me to ask a worker. And I told her she already said no. Bad costumer service if you can't try clothes on by closing fitting rooms 1 hour early. I use to work at a clothing store in High school & that's not how you care for customers or run a business.

NO FITTING ROOMs. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUND. They want you to buy the clothes and if they don't fit, it's not their problem.

Very rude employees with attitudes Horrible customer service. How can you hire a manager that doesn't care about people shopping in your store?

First of all, their attitude is disgusting. They are so incredibly rude and not helpful what so ever. Second. The store is so cramped you can barely move and should be more organized so it is easier to find certain kinds of clothing. Third their return policy is so horrible. The fitting rooms are closed at all times, and you only have one return. Which makes no sense. I tried to return a dress that hadn't been worn and still had the tags and they denied it simply because there was a dot stain that was clearly their doing. Do NOT shop here. The clothes are low quality and the customer service is horrible.

Avoid shopping here!! Will not return your clothes even during the return grace period. Bought something for my wife, and it did not fit. The manager did not want to refund me even after 3 days of purchase.

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The young girls who work there are nice but the "owners" are the worst. Only reason I go is because it's close by. Plus, why are the fitting rooms closed and masks still required?! Come on.

Saturday 21st approximately 4-5pm, my 13 teen year old and I tried to shop at Q womans clothing, immediately a young female staff member with long light brown wavy hair sort of 5’4 or 5’5 approached us loudly to put on a mask in order to shop in the store, I advised sorry due to asthma and anxiety plus autism my daughter and I cannot. Young female staff then approached me closer less then 2ft from me in front of my teenage daughter and told me that I then had to exit the store, I tried explaining to the young female staff that she was violating our civil, disability and consumer rights. Young female staff insisted while directly in front of me, to exit store and scared my teenage daughter whom has autism asthma and anxiety into a mask. Young female staff insisted that she is following the owners and managers policies. I asked for the store owner, manager or floor manager the young female staff no one was there, I asked the young female staff for a manager’s name and number she gave me Sunny Chungs name but a non working phone number. Sadly we were denied any civil, disability and consumer accommodations to access a purchase.

Trying to buy a dress for my daughter. Found several dress and fitting rooms closed. My idea was to buy all the dresses and have her try them on in the mall restroom. Which ever ones didn't fit we would return, because we live 45 minutes away. Thank goodness I ask what the return policy was before purchasing. All sales are final. So let me understand this correctly. Fitting rooms are closed and nothing can be returned. We bought a dress at Papaya because their fitting rooms was open. You just lost a sale and my future buissness. And don't blame it on Covid, because many stores have fitting rooms open

The policy of this store is ridiculous. It's comical if you ask me. Whoever is the owner of this store has no common sense. They'll lose customers if they continue to follow their poorly thought out COVID rules of purchasing and exchanging items. First of all, you cant even try on the clothes to see if they fit. And if you purchase them, you only have ONE chance to check if they fit AT HOME. I exchanged the item I bought for a smaller size and I was told then that it is final sale. I said what if I find out that they don't fit well after I try them on at home? They said that it was the store policy. I even asked if I could try them on in the fitting room to avoid buying something that I might not be able to use and they said no. What a joke! That's ridiculous. I already wasted time and gas having to drive back 40 min one way because they won't let customers use their fitting room. And then the cashier had the audacity to ask me if I wanted the receipt. What's the point? You can't even return the item. Their lost. They just lost a paying customer. Don't buy here. You'll waste you're time and money.
