It’s about my 3rd or 4th time (I have an older car) coming back to Purrfect Auto & I’m so glad I found them. Very honest & hard working. Always thoroughly explained, very knowledgeable & given the best options. It takes a little stress off having a car problem because I know I can count on them!

First and above all, I want to thank the Owner of Purrfect Auto Services, for his willingness to work alongside my husband & I, to care for the mechanical & maintenance needs for my daughters' vehicle. We can appreciate the hard work that goes into caring for each customer as if they are your own relative, and we surely feel this is what the Owner, the staff & the technicians all do at Purrfect Auto Services. We have been shop owners in Florida & now North Carolina for a total of 16 years. It takes a truly caring group of people to put the attention & detail into each customer, sometimes going unrewarded & unappreciated.
Well, I am telling everyone coming across this review, that I sincerely mean it when I say, I am grateful for this Shop.
You all have taken very good care of my only daughters' vehicles for the past few years with honesty, integrity & reasonableness. Thank you, especially for doing what we could have done from here but are too far away to help in emergencies such as this one. The best auto shop in the area. Came across this shop after researching local options. The reviews on this shop were extremely positive, so I gave it a shot and will not take my vehicles anywhere else! They are honest, consistent and reasonably priced. Great local business.

Had a car serviced recently and was quoted around $200. Received a call to do additional work. Ended up paying $700 +. They never looked into what I asked them for. Felt duped after the whole ordeal. My car had low miles also.

Expensive and low-quality services. I brought the car for a tune-up and general inspection but ended up spending a lot of money on "recommended repairs" that did not improve my car's performance as expected. They replaced the spark plugs of my Civic (a very common and popular brand/line). Soon after, I noticed the engine light started flashing and appeared alongside an unstable shake in the car. I took my car to another place and turns out that the sparks Auto Purrfect used on my car were not the right ones so I needed to replace them again. My car is now working great. How difficult does replacing spark plugs in a Honda Civic can be? I do not usually drop comments or feedback at all but I thought my experience will be helpful for new customers to make an educated decision whether to bring their cars here or somewhere else. Btw: I'm giving two stars because the customer service is mildly good, though usually, the front desk guy brings up the recommended services that "need to be done" and ends his speech with something like "... and we'll start from there" as if repairing client cars is something about trial and error.

Had a great experience and good customer service received!! I had to get an oil change and fix my oil pressure switch that was broken. They worked on my car right away so I waited with my kids until it was completed. Waiting area was clean and welcoming!

I absolutely love this place! Best place ever. They are honest and professional. Rich is awesome and so is the mechanic Justin. Been coming here for 7 years, and definitely wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

We take our car here all the time, they always do a great job. And they can usually fix problems that other places like Valvoline cause with your car.
