customer service was HORRIBLE. Me and my friends were looking at the buy one get 2 free and there was a big sign on the top that just fell. Me and my friends were startled by this because it almost fell on top of our heads 2 employees came and accused us of dropping the sign. How in the world would we drop the sign when the sign was 10 ft up. I recall clearly one of the employees saying “we don’t need your playing around this is no a kids place.“ He had a whole bunch of attitude saying that. We were just peacefully shopping there when the sign fell. The other employee also gave me dirty looks when i went up to the cash register to pay for what i had. I ended up returning it the same day because I don’t want to pay for anything with that bad of costumer service. They should be fired. never coming to that store again.

Great selection of items, but the store customer service reps have really awful attitude. For example I had asked my cashier to repeat a question and she rolled her eyes all the way to the back of her head. I asked another sales person a question and she gave attitude. Not one employee had good attitude here. Sales person number who helped us is 682018.

I stopped by here briefly since I had to pick up an online order from another store before heading out to a local concert. I'd been looking for FOG Essentials merchandise since I have several pieces from the Seventh Collection and recently picked up one of the athletic hoodies. There were two guys working. One of them was helping a customer, and the other was just sitting on the counter. There was another customer who walked in after me. No greeting or asking if we needed help with anything. I wasn't inclined to ask for help with my recent purchase from another vendor, but this visit ensured that I never come back again. If there's anything that you see on the Pac Sun website, order it online and don't bother with any of the brick and mortar stores.

some worker accused me of stealing even tho she saw the dress i took into the dressing room. i even showed the dress that i hung back up and she still had an attitude with me.....i'm never going back again it was outrageous

I am very disappointed that I received less money on my shorts return than I originally paid. I paid 30 for them and only received $12.95. I returned the items 3 days after I received them. What a rip off. I will no longer be buying anything from this store!!!!!

Customer service was great! The girl at the cashier (should have asked for her name) was friendly and helpful. Loved my items and my experience at this location.

I like this PacSun despite its small size. The customer service is great, I've never had a negative experience coming here. This PacSun has a great selection that you cannot find at other stores (especially in hats and men's t shirts). The deals at PacSun are great. Today's great find was Chaps & Adidas which came out to $25.00 with tax. I recommend signing up for their rewards.
