Lied to me for 3 weeks that they were working on my car for those 3 weeks. Did nothing to it, I asked for them to show me the work they had done and they said they couldn't. They couldn't even show me receipt for the car parts they purchased. Then he said he felt pressured and to take my car. All it needed was a radiator changed out.

I took my car for a new tire. After the employee took my old tire off and began installing a new one he placed a patch on the interior of the tire he was charging me for. Then after installing new tire on rim I noticed a massive scratch on the outside of my rim. After confronting the employee of the scratch he claims it's not his fault that I have black rims and it's my fault for not talking him "be careful" . I even showed him a photo of the tire not even 2 days prior without the scratch on it so he doesn't feel I'm making false claims and still denied responsibility for what he did. He did not provide his managers phone number and told me to come another day in hope to meet her. I'm beyond disappointed with the customer service the employee gave me and my experience was not good at all. I'll be trying to get in contact w the boss.

Very respectful dude that works there, but make sure you check your tires if you're buying from this place. Double check the tire for nails, leaks etc etc....

Do not go here I took my car to have the tire patched I noticed it had a nail, I asked the man how much it was going to be he said it depends what it has he then says you do have cash right ? so he then started to inspect the tire I noticed he started looking at my direction alot so then he comes back and says my tire could not be patched cause it has a slash on the side I mean I drive it there how can it have a slash ? I would have noticed second It wouldn't have had air in it super sketchy he then proceeded to say well I have a tire here you can buy very stupid of him I put on my spare tire and left. 0 stars if possible No vayas aquí llevé mi auto para que le remendaran la llanta noté que tenía un clavo, le pregunté al hombre cuánto iba a costar me dijo que depende de lo que tenga así que comenzó a inspeccionar la llanta noté que comenzó a buscar en mi dirección mucho entonces él regresa y dice que mi llanta no pudo ser parchada porque tiene un corte a lado ¿cómo puede tener un corte? Me habría dado cuenta en segundo lugar No habría tenido aire, luego procedió a decir bueno, tengo un neumático aquí que puedes comprar muy estúpido de él, puse mi neumático de repuesto y me fui.

Went to get new tires, by my sister's suggestion. The owner did a very fine job by selecting the correct set of tires and putting them on the car the same day. I haven't had the same kind treatment anywhere else. I think I'm going to stay with Navarro Tires. Great price too!
