Been going to this mall for years. Unfortunately with the renovation they took out the majority of food stops leaving us with very limited food choices

Older mall but they're doing some work to update it. A quiet mall most days with some of the anchor stores gone. Macy's and JCPenny still there. AMC opened up last year finally also so that's good. Plenty of parking space.

BATHROOM FOR NURSING, CHANGING, FAMILY ARE ALWAYS LOCKED ON THE FIRST FLOOR!!!
I loved the Montclair place for a long time; however, in the past year the family restroom, nursing room, and changing room are always locked with signs stating that we need to call security to have them unlocked. I have several problems with this.
I am a mother of 4 young children and waiting for security to unlock the doors is an unreasonable demand to place on young kids.
Also if you need to nurse your infant making them wa8t for security is an unreasonable demand to place on an infant.
Third, being unable to change my child because the mall staff can't be bothered to unlock and maintain these bathrooms is an unreasonable demand to place on child and mother.
There are no changing table in the bathrooms that are unlocked on the first floor.
Then let go with when I have called security to unlock the bathrooms. They don't want to and try to tell me to go upstairs to the food court so I can change my child.
Something needs to change because why have the bathrooms if no one can use them without having to speak to a staff member.
