I had my car repaired in this shop after someone broke into it and tried to steel it. I had a great experience with this place. The owner and the crew were extremely courteous and professional. The car looks great! At the end, they even helped me change the bulbs for my break lights which went out unexpected. I strongly recommend this place and I am sure I will be back there if I have any vehicle repairs to be done. Thank you ProColor!

A+ customer service from Grace and Freddie! Both went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and needs when repairing our vehicle. Incredibly informative and definitely put us at ease leaving our vehicle with them. In addition to their friendly, welcoming, positive attitudes...our vehicle repairs came out beautifully as well!
Needless to say, we will definitely be referring all we know to the folks at ProColor! ☺️

If I could select 0 stars I would, the workers are very unprofessional! They say they will do something and then they won't even answer their phone or call back their messages! My young daughter and I were visiting the Montclair Plaza we are from plam Springs area so we were far from home when we were pulling in the parking lot we were hit by a jeep Cherokee and the driver proceeded to drive off so I followed her and then she stopped a block away long story short her name was Grace at least that's what she told me and she was wearing her work shirt and said she worked for proctor collision and for me to follow her and they will buff out the damage she left on my car so I was kind enough to just handle it ourselves but when we got there the man that had the buffer left for the day and they wanted me to go all the way back to Montclair from Palm Springs the next day. The next day I called over and over and left messages and no answer and no call back. These people should not be in business!

Saturday I woke up to a busted back windshield.
I called a few Mercedes-Benz dealerships and was given through the roof pricing, $1400 and above for a rear window!! I called around to a few glass shops and got no less than $900.00. A girlfriend of mine referred me to Carlos, owner of ProColor Collision in Montclair. I gave him a call and even though he was on a business trip in Florida he called me back with a quote in less than 15 minutes that was significantly less than all others with everything included! He called me the next day when the glass came in and we scheduled an appointment. As soon as I arrived he came out and introduced himself looked at the damage and asked for my keys. We went inside he had me sit in the waiting area and offered me something to drink and said I could watch TV for the next 2 hours. Well 90 minutes later my car was done and it looked perfect!! Car repairs can be scary and as a single mother of 2 boys I just wanted honest pricing and great work! Carlos and his amazing team did just that! I highly recommend ProColor Collision of Montclair!

The care quality, and attention to detail cannot be matched at Montclair Collision Auto Center. Carlos and his team did a phenomenal job repairing my Toyota RAV4 and restoring it to its original condition. You will not be disappointed by the service you receive from Carlos and his staff!

Worst place ever. I was waiting for my car to be ready for more than a month after estimate was saying no more than 13 days.
As a result my bumper is more blue than metallic, stop light is out, trunk light is out, 136$ for car rental, that was suppose to be covered by procolour due delay, out of my pocket.
And yes, all this time when car was in the bodyshop all dust and dirt was freely going into the interior that I’m cleaning until today.

If I can recommend a collision repair shop to anybody it would be ProColor! More specifically ProColor Collision in Montclair, the staff there has been the best of help. I was in an accident and my car was hit pretty bad on my right side passenger door. Carlos and his employee Fred fixed me right up in no time, with exceptional customer service if I might add. Along with their front desk girl, she is just as helpful as she is sweet! I always make it a point to keep business cards and refer companies that are top notch and friendly, and ProColor Collision in Montclair is absolutely one of them. Happy customer ? I hope I never get in an accident again, but if I do I will be returning! Lol

I had minor body damage to my back right bumper, and my insurance company recommended this body shop near me. Went here, and spoke with Freddy, and he made me feel their company would do a good job, within a reasonable amount of time. Getting insurance approval was a slight issue, but after that, ProColor did a professional job. Carlos the owner even dropped me off, and then picked me up from my home when the vehicle was complete. And Freddy told me they also corrected a small blemish/damage that existed on the other corner of my back bumper, at no charge (they needed to remove the entire back bumper and paint it, so they did the other corner also). The car looks great, and would recommend this body shop to others.

Love this place! Took my car here after a hiccup and these guys are the best! Very professional! When I took my car here, the manager and the owner shook my hand and made me feel very comfortable, especially as a female! They're honest, reliable and truly show their care in their customers needs. Definitely recommending them to all my girlies.

Was a bit skeptical about this place but i was always taught... don't judge a book by its cover. I got in a small fender bender and needed work done asap... great service and great quality work. Communication and customer care was excellent, totally recommend this shop.

Will never take my car there again. They stripped my car. They used my car for their own purposes. They had it in there for three months. My lights do not work I’m always getting blinked at because my lights are so low and when I took it to another shop they said those people are crooked. They stripped your car People will learn I’ve seen other googles on there that people wrote not a very good place to take your car

I am extremely grateful to Carlos and his team at ProColor! This is the second time they have worked on one of my vehicles after an accident, and they have consistently provided the best service. They not only offer detailed explanations of the services they provide but also back up their work with a warranty. I highly recommend them to everyone as they always go above and beyond.
