Walked in and the customer service was terrible, almost as if no one was even there to help. I am glad I knew exactly what I was looking for and thankfully I was able to find it there so I'll give them that. They do have a good variety in shoes and styles and cost is average compared to other shoe stores. If it wasn't for the poor customer service I would give them 5 stars but it is so disappointing when I walk into a store and there's no acknowledgement whatsoever because the person who's behind the counter is too busy on their phone.

The girl that was working today is extremely rude. I went in and asked for a shoe size & she didn't even bother to go look she sat on her phone & said no. I asked her about the buy on get one half off & she told me it was only selected items so I asked which they were & she said " well off you can go look at the bottom of the shoes" while still being on her phone. Not once did she get up to look at me.

Horrible costumer service! Went shopping for some shoes today and the only girl working there was awfully rude! They did not have any shoes in my size and that is understandable not her fault. Finaly found some my size. And everytime I would ask a question I would have to ask twice because she was on her phone! Never going back! I just walked out.

Walked in this place today around 530 and the employee didn't say a word. She was on the phone the whole time I was there. I ended up walking out. Horrible service

Worst customer service I've ever experienced!! I work for Verizon so I know when someone just doesn't give a f***** the girl with the lion tattoo was in the back so I had to wait for 10mins while the store was empty for her to come to the front and I can ask her for a shoe size. Doesn't even look at me she just take the shoe and goes on to take her shoe off Fox something and then goes to the back to get the shoes I asked for. I was looking around and she didn't even let me know she put them on the counter. I mean if she doesn't want to be there then why have her work in customer service?? Go flip burgers or do something that doesn't involve you speaking to customers. People like that is what makes businesses go down.

Ridiculous! I've always shopped at the "Mina's" in Chino, I will not go back to the Montclair Plaza Store. I went to exchange a pair of Black Boots. The Sales girl "Isabel" was in the back for quite a while, we had to stand there waiting until she was good and ready to come out. Bottom line, she wouldn't exchange them, they don't have a phone at that store, she doesn't know her bosses/the owners name. Lolol They has the same boot in Back and in brown, Lol, same tag, same box! She couldn't figure out how to exchange them for a different color but she could for a different size (which they didn't have!). Minimum wage is $11 an hour, that's really funny! I will keep going in until the owner shows up. :-/

One employee working here. Was on phone with manager trying to fix an issue. Waited over 20 minutes to ask for a shoe size. Management needs to have more employees. Ridiculous. Left the store.
