This store location of Metro Pcs has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced out of any metro pcs location I’ve ever been to Hector was so much help with all the issues I faced with my phone and my family’s phones he provided all the help he could to resolve any issues 10/10 customer service I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who’s a current metro pcs customer or anyone looking to get into metro pcs I’d definitely recommend this store location thank you so much hector !

Per Metro CUSTOMER SERVICE you do NOT NEED TO RECEIVE A TEXT CODE TO MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT… WITH PROPER ID in person…if ever in this circumstance call Metro customer in store and they can/will over ride the text code verification!
