Love this location, It was my first time coming into the San Bernardino region and I loved Jamie's assistance who helped my sister with her make up needs, she has great taste and can easily identify her skin tone and overall make up needs when it comes to blush, concealer, foundation etc. Will be coming back ??

The girl that did my daughter's make up from homecoming did a great job. The problem was the manager who was terribly rude. There was 1 person doing makeup and she had to keep stopping because customers were coming in while manager was on her lunch break. I was told it would be a 30 minute service and that turned into an hour and a half. The manager did not seem to care about my time. I will not be coming back here I cannot stand rude service

Honestly this has been my store for years and I mean a good 15 years. I love this store because it’s convenient to me. But over the years I feel like the customer service has became so bad. The MUA think so highly of themselves that they think they are to good to help costumers out. They do their make up and catch up on gossip while you’re just waiting there to get your make up. Has happened to me a couple times. Hopefully they step it up

Jamie was a true GODSEND! I was frantically calling stores far and wide looking for the lip plumping gloss in the shades ‘lowercut’ and ‘jet’. She was just so helpful and I ended up ordering two other shades lol.

This review is for Eros! He is totally awesome, I brought in a Mac lipstick I love and asked for a slightly different shade from it and a TooFaced eyeshadow I wanted to match and Eros found me both in under 2 minutes! I just tried on the shades ans they look great! Thank you Eros!

Amy B was AMAZING! She was the sweetest person I have ever experienced at a make-up store. Her knowledge of the product was on point. She matched my skin flawlessly. I had bought a foundation before from Sephora that left me looking like a Oompa Lumpa and then at the MAC in Macy's that left me looking like Casper the ghost sister. I finally love my foundation match and it doesn’t even look like I have make-up on. Thank you Amy! I'll see you again soon.

I went in last night.. was waiting by the cash register Because I was ready. The lady working didn't even look my way was there for about 5 mins and still nothing. She was helping someone else .... not one did she tell me anything....
